Guest:I will start by saying that I don't normally review hotels. My expectation is that they provide a clean and comfortable place to sleep without disruptions. If they do so, I have no issue with them. Hilton normally meets that expectation. The Doubletree at GSP however, exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful property with a great manager (Belinda), a wonderful staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant prepared delicious food, and the overall theme by the staff was pride in their hotel. It was refreshing to stay at a hotel with a wonderful staff, giving it my highest ranking among Hilton properties. This is my "must stay" hotel for any trips near GSP in the future, and a reminder of what Hilton can do with a winning team.

Guest:When the first and last impression I have of the Doubletree is Angie, my Ambassador of transportation, I know my stay is top notch! Angie raises the bar, and takes what most would think is a mundane shuttle trip to next level elite customer service. If she is not training fellow shuttle drivers for a Five-star Customer Service experience to elevate them to Ambassadors of transportation then Hilton is missing out! Clean new hotel looks beautiful. All staff kind and welcoming. Angel at the front desk, and another in the breakfast area with the fresh hot coffee. ?????????? 10/10 highly recommend

Guest:I came to visit and checked in March 25 and checked out March 27. I had the absolute best experience throughout my stay. But what will forever stand out is the enormously, energetic and passionate welcoming I received from the Ambassador of Transportation, AKA Angie Wilson. I am 47 years old and have travelled a lot. Angie is exactly what makes traveling better. She welcomed us on her shuttle and we had the greatest conversation, laughed so much and I found myself excited to see her again when I left. If I were Hilton I would use Angie’s vibe, personality and passion as your branding. She went above and beyond to put a smile on our face and as crazy as it may sound, I made a friend. If I had someone like Angie greet me everywhere, I’d travel all the time. She loves her job and is so proud to be a Hilton employee. She should be a trainer or consultant because she is that good. Hilton, please hear me. Angie is special. She will grow Hilton! Loyalty, hard work and passion are hard to find these days. She loves her job and it shows. Thank you Hilton for the best service I’ve had in a very long time.
