The best in Cameroon and in west Africa, good customer service and tasty food. Clean and responsible staffs, clean and very beautiful environment, indeed a place to be and to come back…… parking is so spacious and 100% security for myself and properties

Excellent hotel at the foot of Mt Fako. Great service, smart customer service team and decent food. All in all this hotel offers value for money, nothing less than a 5 star hotel. Staff are professional as expected. The hotel provides a safe environment for guests. This is top rated hotel by my terms. I would love to be back soon. My room was a one bed apartment on the second floor with clean kitchen space equipped with a workable microwave, fridge freezer, electric cooker, plates and cutlery and worktop. Kitchen units fully fitted in lovely bright colours. Bathroom units of good quality with branded bathroom products, my room was cleaned daily with a basket of seasonal fruits provided twice during my 6 night stay. In-room telephone unit fully functional, wardropes fully fitted with a safe. AC worked well. Ironing board unit provided. Worth mentioning that I didn't have any reason to call engineers or the maintenance team. Everything was perfect for me. Great views of the mountain. Floors were secured, no access without room keys. Mandatory for visitors to leave IDs at the reception, collected on departure. The owner has carefully thought about the clientele here and I very much appreciate this approach. May not be suitable for all, but if that is the market segment then its still a great idea. I used the gym three times, good collection of top end gym equipment, AC also worked well. Huge games room with snooker, table tennis, and lots of other gaming machines. Large TV with seating area with AC. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness, all areas were squirky clean. . My highlight was the lift which covers 6 floors. I did not experience any issues using the lifts. A great success story!!! The swimming pool was very clean, I didn't swim but I could have if I wanted to. Security team work as expected. Front Desk team are welcoming and speak politely to guests. This was great admired. Anne especially and her tale male colleague whose name I can not remember. The treated me like a princess. Great experience, great hotel and great staff. My suggestion for management is to consider creating a small office space for guests on business travel. Preferably on a floor with strong WIFI connection. The reception chairs could do with a makeover

This is a modern facility set on a main road. Wifi, aircon and hot water worked. A decent restaurant onsite. Still 10 - 15 minutes away from the trails on Mt Cameroon
