  • Guest：This hotel has excellent service starting with the check in process which is handled away from the desk with a glass of wine (I had sparkling water) while seated. No standing in line. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The bathrobes are long and luxurious as are the towels. The staff are eager to help in all aspects - at the concierge, in the bar, in the breakfast room. The only negative experience was with the chef at the restaurant in the evening. The wait staff there were all excellent. The location is really good. If I go back to Lisbon, it will be the first hotel I look at

THE BEST PEOPLE (staff) - each staff member was helpful, knowledgable, insightful and well versed in the city of Lisbon and surrounding area. The front desk, concierge, restaurant and service staff truly had a passion and vested interest in having the best property in Lisbon. THE BEST ACCOMMODATIONS AND THE BEST LOCATION - The hotel is warming with a spacious and inviting lobby. Rooms are clean, well lighted, spacious and have great amenities. Bathrooms are clean, crisp, spacious and lavishly decorated. The roof top restaurant and bar has amazing food (cuisine of Portugal) and hearty portions. The roof top bar opens up to the stars above the city of Lisbon and provide a spacious, fun, comfy, inviting and imbibing atmosphere. The lobby accommodating for relaxing for drinks, work meetings and a central point for departure and or entry. The property overall is fresh, modern, clean. Located just steps from the Arch of Rua Augusta and the water front. Step out of the hotel and turn left, and you’re walking upon the cobblestone streets of Lisbon. Which are filled with restaurants, shops and sights up to Rossio Square. The tram, trolly and bus stops are all with a block or two. About 30 minutes from the airport (traffic depending). I have been spoiled by the amazing staff, beautiful property, amazing amenities, detailed oriented property and spectacular location. On all my future trips to Lisbon, I will stay here without a doubt.
  • Guest：Our experience at the Andaz, Lisbon truly sets the bar for all future hotel stays. I cannot say enough good things about our experience- service, decor, ambience, location were all exceptional. The service throughout our stay was amazing. The front desk, bellhop, and restaurant staff really stood out. We were greeted with a big smile and helpful hand whenever we came or went from the hotel. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful. They provided great recommendations for activities during the trip. Service at the restaurant for breakfast also stood out. They treated us by name and remembered our preferences everyday we came. All in all, this service truly was a highlight of the experience. Additionally the hotel provides an absolutely beautiful environment with natural stone, handmade tile, dark wood, and high-quality, modern furnishings. You walk in to a beautiful scent and feel like you’re in an oasis in the city. The hotel is perfectly position in the center of everything including views of the Arch and Rue Augustus out our windows. I wish I took more pictures of the beautiful environment! We had a truly exceptional experience at the Andaz! Thank you to the team for giving us such an exceptional experience!
  • Guest：The inexperience of staff was apparent, and they had trouble undestanding how to handle guests requests correctly. They have connecting rooms, and they were just unwilling to put us in them, because other guests had them reserved as individual rooms , yet those guests had not arrived, and they were equal rooms available for those guests, and they would never have noticed. They are new, and are scared to make any changes / accommodations other than what is planned.
