We book small villa room, the room was basic and it is good for me and my friend. Hot water is on from 7am - 9am in morning and 8.30pm to midnight in evening.. we are foreigners and could nit speak in Chinese language, and it's very hard to communicate with the people there, but the owner was good in English and help a lot with the direction and surrounding area. He was very good, kind and helpful.. overall, the stay is good for us.. if you are foreigners, we recommended this hotel.
