Absolutely pleasure from check in to check out. Super friendly, informative helpful host. The place was clean, modern, had everything we needed, hot tub was devine. Will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great communication with the hosts, Sadiya met us at reception and was very polite and helpful, with a great sense of humour. She showed us around our room and demonstrated how to use the room’s facilities. She talked us through some nice restaurants around the area and there was also a handmade guide with restaurants and shopping centres around. It also contained instructions for the facilities. Don’t be fooled by outside appearances, the building inside is decorated to an high standard and very clean. Our room was beautifully made up, I had it decorated for my partner’s birthday and it was a lovely surprise for him to walk into. The room’s facilities were great, the jacuzzi was very relaxing and the sauna lovely, we could also connect our phones to the sauna and play our own music. LED lights around the room helped to set the mood and just completed the look of the room. The bed was lovely and soft. I will definitely be returning and will confidently recommend visiting Serenity Apartments.

WOW what an amazing stay at serenity! Sadiya our host was exceptional, right from the moment we booked our stay! From setting up the room before our arrival for our 2nd anniversary, to us dropping the keys at the office before we left. Everything was just perfect. She couldnt have done anything at all to make our stay any better. The rooms are spacious The sauna was addictive The spa bath/ jacuzzi was delightful The garden area to have a sit down outside without leaving the accommodation was beautiful This place really is a hidden gem and I will definitely be coming back to stay again. Highly recommended If you haven't already then trust me bring your Mrs down here and she wont be disappointed. Sadiya we will definitely see you again ! Many thanks for everything. Very pleasant experience, very cheap for the price my booking included hot tub, sauna. The rooms are very clean and fresh and can’t beat how helpful and pleasant the staff are.

Really nice! The night before I’d seen a few reviews online which had put me off and I was worried it’s wasn’t going to be what I’d hoped. On arrival I seen the location and was starting to panic, however once inside you’re completely shut off from the world and could be anywhere. The apartment was beautiful! I Loved the sauna and the hot tub! I need one at home! ?? The staff were awesome & couldn’t have been nicer. Although the location isn’t brilliant It’s a short taxi ride to the train station and 20/30 minutes to Leeds which was brilliant for a few day drinks.

The experience and hospitality was amazing. The manager was very kind and helpful and the apartment I stayed in was very clean and the facilities worked very well. Looks exactly like the pictures! Would definitely recommend and go again..

Absolutely amazing place, exceeded expectations and the customer service was spot on. Comfy bed, tv's, private sauna and jacuzzi which had telly above it too. Bluetooth sound system in the sauna nice lil touch so you can listen to whatever you want as well as relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxury cost effective break away from home.

One of the best places I have stayed in, our room was beautiful and clean..the staff are so friendly (sadia dealt with us and she was amazing such a lovely person and made us feel so so welcome ) wpuld definitely stop here again Thankyou for looking after us .. Katie & jenni X

Amazing customer service the owner made us so welcomed gave us soo much information showed us around. And the places speaks for it self if you want a nice cosy and romantic gateway definitely go to this place. I would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation the cleanliness is above standards definitely would come again.
