Lovely spacious ground floor flat, very clean ,large bedroom with good quality bedding ,pull down bed in lounge , ,towels supplied and also a pint of milk in the fridge (THANKYOU), Good location for town centre but on a quiet street , only thing I would say is that i could hear the person in the flat above snoring and the steps down to the front door were very dark going back at night and could do with a pir light ,we had to use our phone torch to see . We would definitely stay again though

Well placed, 2 minutes from station and 5 minutes walk from town (and Wetherspoons!). On street parking available where possible, (we never had a problem) scratch card permits provided by accommodation. Flat is very clean, comfortable with all kitchen utensils, towels, tea towels, washing up liquid etc, very comfy sofa and bed. Owners only too happy to help if needed, was lovely to meet them as we left, would definitely recommend as a base. Only “negative “ , deep steps up to front door so would be difficult for those with mobility issues, and also about 20 mins walk to the seafront - whichever route involves going downhill - which therefore means uphill climb on return!! Overall though, highly recommended

This is a lovely clean comfortable well equipped flat, we couldn't fault anything, location and parking are very good, the correspondence with Sue and John was excellent, we will definitely return! We stayed for 4 nights for a Christmas break and they provide provisions and even a bottle of prosecco and chocolates!! Wonderful!!

Fabulous place to stay Found the place no bother, parked on the street no bother. Information from Sue and John was amazing. It was nipping clean and had a lovely fresh smell on entering. Had everything you needed. All the cooking utensils, but if you don’t want to cook there was an Indian, Chinese and Pizza takeaway 3 minutes away. Also shops and the town centre is a 5 minute walk. Train station and buses 5 minutes.

The location was fabulous, really close to the town, beach and some great restaurants, all within minutes of the flat. The flat was spacious and very comfortable, good size bedroom and lounge and everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook. Will certainly return!
