Accueil chaleureux, bien situé à Mahmid, grand parking gratuit disponible une belle et bonne adresse où il fait bon faire étape. Gentillesse de tout le staff, souriant et aux petits soins. Les chambres belles et confortables disposent de tout le confort requis pour un séjour réussi. Une magnifique piscine permet de se rafra?chir lors des fortes chaleurs. Les petits déjeuners fait maison sont un véritable régal. Restaurant avec des menus faits maison. Wifi efficace.
We did like to be with our guide Amin. He picked us up in Marrakesch and we travelled in full confidence with him to the desert and back to Marrakesch. He did explaind a lot about geographic, history and movies. He is a very good driver. Thanks to Amin. We can recommand the Hotel as a quiet and clean place. The food was delicious. Esther & Jürgen
L’h?tel est un petit paradis au milieu de nulle part. L’accueil y est très très chaleureux et l’expérience de passer une nuit dans le désert, se promener dans les dunes, admirer le coucher et lever de soleil sur ces paysages dignes de Lawrence d’Arabie est juste magique!!!
Il personale era disponibile. La camera a noi assegnata era spaziosa, ma non molto pulita. Il bagno spazioso, ma non era presente il piatto doccia. Il cibo buono, ristorante carino. Presente una terrazza con una vista panoramica discreta.
We arrived to Mhamid after noon without having anything booked ahead, we just knew we wanted to go to see the dunes. We came to the Hotel Kasbah Sahara and we got an offer for 100€ per person to go to the Erg Chigaga dunes and spend a night there. It was great from the beginning till the very end. After a delicious complementary lunch they took us by a private 4x4 to the camp on the edge of the Erg Chigaga dunes, it takes around 2 hours, we took off around 14:30 or so. The camp is very well maintained, the staff is really attentive and everything is well planned. There was a 1 hour sunset camel ride included in the price, which was fantastic. The dinner was very tasty, it was a soup, then a chicken tagine with many side dishes and zaalouk and some fruits. Afterwards there’s a fireplace and the staff performs some typical rhytms for you, that was also great. The toilet and showers were outside of the tent but it was all perfectly fine and clean. It was cold at night but the blankets are thick, plus we slept in our clothes. Nothing dramatic. Breakfast was great, you get an omelette and then a classic sweet breakfast, juice, coffee and tea. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to have an unforgettable memory of spending a night on the edge of Sahara. Very professional approach of the company.
Ciao siamo stati una notte in questo hotel , ultima destinazione prima del deserto , e siamo stati molto bene. Parcheggio, bella piscina che ho usato... nonostante siamo a novembre e con lettini super comodi...camera confortevole ,ottimo wifi ma solo nel ristorante e alla reception...ma funziona molto bene e usato POS senza problemi. Cibo discreto ,gentilezza da parte del personale e disponibilità. Consiglio in camera qualche gancio e mensola per giacche . Sarebbe positivo , per la prossima volta trovare ...oltre ai tanti gatti ...anche un paio di cani tolti dalla strada e adottati da hotel come mascotte ...sarebbe molto bello per i turisti e un gesto caritatevole per i troppi animali vaganti nelle strade. Ci torneremo sicuramente e un ringraziamento e un saluto al bel ragazzo con i rasta che parla un pochino italiano e ci ha aiutati.
La atencion al llegar fue fantastica. Nos dejaron pasar la ma?ana en las instalaciones del hotel y comimos alli. Y tambien a la vuelta. Lo aconsejo totalmente ya que el dia en el campamento es muy caluroso. El campamento esta muy bien. Las caba?as son muy amplias, las camas comodas, zona de duchas y ba?os optimas y la comida es abundante y excelente. Eso si, hace mucha calor en el interior de los espacios pero esta claro que estamos en el desierto y es lo normal.
Highly recommended agency. We spent 2 nights at their beautiful tented camp located near the highest Chegaga dunes, 60 Km from M'Hamid. Amazing location. Car 4x4 and camel tailor-made daily trips were so nice, thanks to an upgrading granted by the Agency. Nouredine the guide was perfect in managing all things. Accommodation and food at the tented camp, absolutely perfect.
Trato genial, sitio precioso y comida muy buena, hicimos también la excursión de 1 noche en el Sahara con ellos y fue una experiencia increíble. Lo único que en nuestra opinión no deberían incluir en el precio el paseo en camello, Hay personas que no queremos participar en esa actividad.
Très bon accueil et super cadre sur place et dans le désert. Organisation au top avec un guide super dans le désert. Le séjour dans le désert sur 2 jours vaut vraiment le détour ! On recommande vivement !
