Guest：I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is excellent, everything else was a disappointment—and frankly, it’s overpriced for what you get. The reception staff consists of young, attractive individuals, seemingly chosen as a *specchietto per le allodole* (bait), which felt like a cheap marketing tactic. The high Google ratings are misleading—they offer guests free cakes for 5-star reviews. On top of that, they handed me a lottery ticket to "win a car," but it was clearly just a trick to collect my phone number and email address. Sneaky and unprofessional. I mistakenly booked a room without windows, expecting it to be dark and quiet. Instead, there was a small internal window with a light that stayed on 24/7, and it couldn’t be turned off. If you’re sensitive to light, good luck getting any sleep. The mattress was rock-hard and incredibly uncomfortable—the worst I’ve experienced in years. The shower splashed water everywhere, the towels were old and worn out, and the TV remote was so filthy I didn’t dare use it. The lighting in the room was harsh and bright with no ambient options for relaxation. The floor was covered with cheap plastic sheeting that felt unpleasant underfoot. Noise levels were unbearable—I could hear neighbors flushing toilets, talking, and constant noise from the corridor. If you’re a light sleeper, this place is a nightmare. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better quality and comfort. This hotel is not worth the money. I’m giving 2 stars solely because of the convenient location; otherwise, this place needs serious improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and ethical business practices. Avoid unless you have no other options!
