Comfortable and big room. Free parking. Nice and welcoming staff.

Overall a great experience. The location is not convenient but with free parking. There is no door to seperate the bathroom.

Sub-par overall, considering the 5 star rating it was disappointing to find mold in the showers and bottled water wasn’t included. Room service was delectable, however only a la carte options available as opposed to the usual set eg. Continental breakfast incl. juice, coffee, fruit etc. which made the total overpriced compared to other 5 star hotels. Staff were professional & helpful.

房间的设施不合理，衞生间很小，淋浴房地板居然用的木质板，看上去就比较脏的样子。另外，房间提供的毛巾也很有限，没有牙具等用具，都得自己找前台去要。 早餐非常一般，完全是假的五星酒店，不要再去住了

Enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Located in the middle of nowhere, but not far from Sydney airport, and has free parking, which is super convenient for travelers, doing Blue mountains, who do not want to overnight in Sydney. Enjoyed the breakfast
