This holiday was a truly 5 ?? experience! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean! The buffet was extensive with a great choice of food. As a coeliac I felt very well looked after as chef advised me daily what was suitable. Great entertainment each night and super pool for the daytime!

A stylish and well cared for hotel in a beautiful setting. Really nice and helpful staff. Lots of loungers and parasols on the grass area between the pool and the beach, a lovely area and probably the most relaxing holiday we've had in a long long time. Thank you Pepper Sea Club.

Excellent h?tel, très classe ! Nous avons été ravis de séjourner au Pepper Sea Club Hotel. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins de leurs clients. Très propre, et très beau ! Buffet incroyable, la piscine également. Nous ne pouvons pas rêver mieux pour nos vacances en Crète !

This hotel is modern, clean and friendly designed only for adults but it does have its faults, some minor some major. Room sizes differ, some are much smaller than others and not suitable for double occupancy. Our room was large fortunately. Beach towels are supplied in a sturdy beach bag and left in your room along with a coffee/tea maker but you have to purchase pods to use after the first day. Bottled water is given fresh on a daily basis as are towels. Towels need to be bath sheets and not bath towels, they are small. The room has electronic curtains and blinds but unfortunately the room is never dark, black out blinds are needed. There are two sets of lights which are permanently on, green and red which gives a glow to a darkish room. The pool is large but exceptionally dangerous and slippery. I myself slipped and fell along with several others. I reported it to reception and they were more than helpful asking if a doctor needed to be called. The pool urgently requires a not slip surface asap. The sun beds are plentiful but far too low. There are several with wheels which are much higher and more suitable to older clients. A jetty to the beach needs to be made available. The pathway is just stones and shingle until you reach sand. A free mini bus every hour or so could be made available to Kournas - it is well over 20minutes walk to the nearest town. We were advised by a waiter when we asked for tap water that water was not suitable to drink (rubbed his tummy) and to purchase bottled water - at 4 euros a bottle was rather expensive especially as we learnt on our return tap water was completely safe to drink. The food in the restaurant could not be faulted, in fact it was pentiful, appetizing with so many choices - excellent. Would recommend room 611 - which is large with a sea view but definitely not 615 which is small and is a double but suitable only for single occupancy. Our daily maid was exceptionally good, hard working and so friendly, definitely give her 5*+ All staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

Lovely clean hotel, excellent food and staff. Bus stop 10 minute walk from hotel and bus goes to Chania or Rethymnon both worth a visit especially the old towns. Small run of shops/bars 15 minute walk from hotel. Long beach at rear of hotel pebbles and sand.

Zeer leuk hotel..Als je houd van rust lekker eten en romantische setting is dit the place to be.Het eten was zeer lekker.Wij hadden kamer met zeezicht.kamer was niet te groot maar stoorde ons niet, enkel de ruimte om kledij was nogal klein..wij hebben 3 dagen auto gehuurd en veel gezien..prachtig hotel ..

Das Hotel ist rund 2 Stunden Fahrt vom Flughafen Heraklion entfernt. Es hat einen sch?nen Pool und direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Liegen sind sehr komfortabel. Im Garten sind Schirme sowie Palmen vorhanden. Ob Sonne oder Schatten kann man selber w?hlen. Das Frühstück bietet alles m?gliche. Verschiedenes Brot, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Süsses. Der Kaffee ist perfekt. Das Abendessen (Buffet) ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir waren 1 Woche dort und es gab immer viel Abwechslung. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pool Access. Der Pool wurde jede Morgen gereinigt. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte gut eingestellt werden. Sie hatte auch einen Nacht Modus, wodurch sie recht leise. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr gut gereinigt. Preisleistung stimmt absolut. Wir würden es wieder besuchen.

Ein wunderbares Hotel- sehr zu empfehlen. Auch den Spa Bereich kann ich weiterempfehlen. Ich bekam zwei unterschiedliche Ganzk?rpermassagen einmal von Franzeska und einmal von Maria, beide Damen waren sehr bemüht und haben richtig gut massiert. Der Service im Hotel jst gro?artig zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber und sch?n gro?, hatten eine Juniorsuite.
