The location of the hotel is convenient, being close to the beach. The rooms were adequate. However, it was unusual to find 3-in-1 instant coffee provided in the room without a kettle. Communication was also a challenge at times, as the receptionist on duty for part of the day did not speak English. According to the information provided, meals were to be served in two shifts due to the limited number of tables in the restaurant. In reality, there was no second serving. If you did not arrive right when the restaurant opened, there was very little food left to choose from—if anything at all. Throughout the entire week, feta cheese and olives were only offered once, and even accessing watermelon required rushing to the restaurant as soon as it opened. The pool bar was supposed to open at 10 a.m., but the bartender was often absent, and guests ended up making their own drinks, which was quite unusual. The wooden flooring around the pool area is in poor condition and can cause splinters. Overall, the service and amenities did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel.
Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The place was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the manager personally greeted us on arrival – a gesture that instantly made us feel valued. He went out of his way to fulfill every request we had, and for the first time in a long while, I truly felt like I was on a real vacation. A heartfelt thank you to the manager and the incredibly polite, kind, and professional staff. You made me feel at home – and that means everything! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for experience. ??????????

В?дчувала себе як вдома. A small, neat hotel near the municipal beach. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially the hotel manager. They try to resolve the issues and problems that tourists have as quickly and efficiently as possible. Quite diverse and satisfying food, delicious drinks. Some elements need current repairs, but as soon as you tell the manager about it, this issue is resolved very quickly. There is no animation. Therefore, if you want entertainment in the evening, then head to the embankment, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Thank you to all the staff and owners of Casa Orama Boutique hotel for a week of good rest. I felt at home.

Замечательный отель! Были в нём 10 дней. Культурный, вежливый и доброжелательный персонал. Надо ресепшене очень хороший мальчик который поможет решить любые вопросы. Ежедневная уборка, на третий день поменяли полотенца.Разнообразная вкусная еда и вкусные коктейли. Нам всё понравилось . Рекомендуем!
Хороший отель с прекрасным персоналом. Очень хороший директор который заботится о отдыхающих этого отеля. Владелец тоже очень хороший и часто приходит в отель и общаться с отдыхающим что бы удостовериться что всё хорошо. Вкусный образная еда горячая!! а не холодная как некоторые писали! Вкусные коктейли. Горничные классные женщины весёлые и хорошую уборку делают???? советуем всем??
Приезжаем в этот отель уже четвёртый год подряд. Замечательные владельцы которые помнят своих клиентов и хорошо относятся ко всем отдыхающим. Вкусная еда, разнообразные коктейли. А то что нам нравится больше всего это то что отель находится рядом возле моря в парах минут пешком. В общем расположение отеля очень хорошее так как всё везде рядом но одновременно в отеле тихо и спокойно что даёт хорошо провести свой отпуск. Каждый год что-то делают новое. В этом году уборщицы вообще супер. На баре есть русскоязычная девочка которая говорит и по-польски по-украински так что я думаю компания вам её понравится!
