I loved my stay here. I was only there for two nights and I just still wish I stayed longer. It’s all inclusive so we didn’t lack anything and the beach was basically in our backyard! It was such a good price too. I really loved it, thank you ******* and Belcekum, I’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful quite place yet close to the main area in a walking distance. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Wifi is not the best. Food is good, it’s more vegan diet. There is no meat like kebabs or doner, but that did not matter much to me... Other then that its A good place to stay for FEW days..

Добрый день. По отелю, нужен ремонт, особенно сантехнике, в ванной постоянно вода после принятия душа, из-за этого сырость и скопление влаги в последствии не приятный запах. Заменить все кондеи, ну или хотя-бы обслужить, потому как от него тоже неприятный запах исходит, в начале нашего отдыха он вообще не работал, потёк, заметили не сразу, встали на пол голыми ногами, обнаружили что половина номера в воде. Слышимость номеров колоссальная особенно в туалете слышно как человек просто вздыхает глубоко, не говоря уже обо всем остальном. Вечерняя анимация работает по принципу кто громче из соседних отелей. До 23.00 спать не получится. Уборка номеров и смена полотенец и постельного белья на 5+! Молодцы! Питание нам не понравилось, все что из мяса очень солёное и острое. Макароны всегда острые. Выбора мало, здоровое питание "давай до свидания" Бассейн понравился, бар там тоже не плохой. Не могу сказать по алкоголю в целом. Брали только пиво,оно норм. Пляж, спасателя нет,никто не следит за безопасностью на пляже. Волны постоянно, вход плохой. Парапланеристы буквально на голову тебе приземляются. Моё мнение может отличаться от большинства,но это мнение и отзыв конкретно мой, о моем впечатлении от отеля,местности. Я была в этой местности второй раз,больше не поеду никогда. П.с ресепшн мой топ самых маленьких и не взрачных, рядом со входом в отель,помойка.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and the food is lovely. Rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. There were always sunbeds free, and the pool was lovely. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. We are a family of four.

First time we stayed at Olu Deniz in 25 years going to this area and not the last time.We stayed for 10 nights at Belcekum hotel this is a lovely hotel with great staff all who are willing to help you from the chef’s and bar staff (Fathi- Soner)and restaurant staff (Dogukan- Fatmanur)also the entertainment guys (Astro-serger). There was different nationalities from English- Austrian-Swiss and Russian and of course Turkish but everyone got on well and joining in with the entertainment but the best night I’d Turkish night where all the staff join in.Met some great people Anita and Aaron( Birmingham )who we got on well with and Tash (Moscow) and Sophie and her boyfriend sorry I forgot your name.Lucky to see the owner coming round keeping a low profile making sure everyone was happy. There was plenty to choose from at meal times and food from the pool area like pizza wraps and burgers and salad also ice cream twice a day.Only thing I can say is that we had a night flight and couldn’t keep our room on because we had to be out of our room by 12 lunchtime but if they had a room it was €10 an hour it’s not the hotel though but the tour company they should keep it in mind people who have to wait around for their flight and without a room to pay extra. P.s You get a kettle and hair dryer and a fridge with 4 tins of fizzy drinks. But thanks Belcekum for a fantastic holiday and will be back in the future .

Super kindly staff especcially Hilal. She helped us a lot. We got an thai massage treatment with hot stones. And got a lot of information about the city which made our vacation more pleasent. If there were more Hilal’s I’d advice every hotel one of this girl as an animation member!

Everything was extraordinary, the food very good, diversified and for all tastes, the staff very attentive to the needs of the customers (from the maid to the manager), location close to the beach, comfortable and very clean rooms and my baby girl slept excellently! Thank you very much for everything and we will definitely be back. Until then, good thoughts and see you healthy! P.S. The chefs were very nice, because they made it possible for us to celebrate Easter with red eggs. Thousands of thanks!

A very nice place! We had a great time, the staff was very friendly and professional and the food was very good, everything It was very good ?? It is an ideal place for family and paragliding. We're definitely coming back here! Congratulations for all the organization of the team to make us happy.

Just returned the staff make this hotel we arrived were shown our room and they are very basic beds pretty hard but we slept fine the shower door had a crack in it there is a large wardrobe but only one drawer there’s a fridge flat screen tv and amazing air con. We could also smell drains on occasion. The grounds are really well maintained and pretty pool area has plenty of sun beds no getting up at dawn for beds here. Now food … breakfast thank goodness for eggs omelettes or fried eggs every day we are far from fussy but some very strange combinations at all meals cauliflower for breakfast isn’t for us we stayed around the pool lunch time and the pizzas and burgers are lovely there cocktails are strong loved the white lady and ice creams twice a day Evening we went back to the restaurant and most days found something to eat plenty of salads choice of fish, chicken dishes and kebabs and vegetables on the outside grill desserts nice as well Turkish night was the best food of our week and we did end up eating out four or our seven days. If you have accessibility issues there is no disabled access to the restaurant there are steep stairs. The worst part for us was the noise we had room 813 right next to the entertainment area which backed into the entertainment for the hotel behind us we had one quiet night when they both had the day off but our room was shaking with the beat from both of them trying to out do each other until 11.30pm most nights very often with no one watching all for people having fun on holiday but if you want an early night or have children they won’t sleep in the block we were in until late. I did ring reception one night and ask for it to be turned down nothing happened. We wouldn’t return we paid ￡1900 for two of us for the week and didn’t get value for money. Cleaners amazing they don’t stop your room will be cleaned every day the people cleaning around the pool didn’t stop all day bar staff really attentive and friendly this place needs to sort the noise out and the food and it would be great.
