The proparty is situated in the old town of Fethiye close to the harbour and not far from a dolmus stop. Everything is nearby. The appartement looks new and very clean. Very friendly host. If you needed somerhing it was brought to you immediatly. We can recomment it to everybody who is liooking for a nice stay in Fethiya.
No.1: Taner was the perfect host. He was always contactable & endeavoured to fulfil every request (extra hangers & pillows, laundry rack, dustpan & brush). Room cleaning/linen changing once a week was mutually agreed & thoroughly carried out. During the colder winter weather, condensation & some damp is inevitable, especially using the heating. During warmer weather, this would not occur. Hot water relies on solar panels. During cloudy/rainy days, we agreed with the host to switch on the electric for the time required to heat the water, & shower. The room & bed were extremely comfortable & cosy. There was a table & chairs & a large comfortable chair. The kitchenette had a sink, fridge with small freezer, a hot plate, Turkish double kettle, coffee maker, pots, crockery & cutlery. The shower was spacious with multi shower heads. The toilet, sink & shower were spotless. There was a wardrobe with drawers, 1 x 2-drawer bedside table & a safe. There is a small winding flight of stairs up to the rooms & a camera in the hallway for security. Having access to a washing machine was invaluable. There was a hall cupboard with additional linen, toilet rolls, cleaning products & vacuum if needed. Taner & his wife were kind, considerate & even gifted us a bag of fruit & vegetables from a farm when we were unwell. We would certainly return to this accommodation & enjoy use of the balcony we had during warmer weather. A huge thank you to Taner & family for his hospitality ??Dec2024/Jan2025.

I had a fantastic stay in Fethiye. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Paspatur, Fethiye Old Town. There are plenty of places to visit in Paspatur at night, and despite being close, the area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet. It's also conveniently located near boat tours and dolmu? stops. You can reach ?lüdeniz by dolmu? in 20-25 minutes and ?al?? Beach in 15-20 minutes. Alternatively, you can easily get to ?al?? Beach by boat taxi.
Fethiye'deki konaklamamdan olduk?a memnun kald?m. Otel, Paspatur Fethiye Old Town'a sadece 2 dakikal?k yürüme mesafesinde. Gece Paspatur'da gidilebilecek bir?ok yer var ve otelin yak?n olmas?na ra?men bulundu?u b?lge olduk?a sakin ve sessizdi. Ayr?ca, tekne turlar?na ve dolmu? duraklar?na ?ok yak?n. ?lüdeniz'e dolmu?la 20-25 dakikada, ?al?? Plaj?'na ise dolmu?la 15-20 dakikada ula?abiliyorsunuz. Alternatif olarak, ?al?? Plaj?'na tekne taksi ile de kolayca ula??labilir.
Good location. Easy access and checkin. Newly remodeled/updated. Clean. Plenty of room for couple. Comfortable overall. Kitchen use very limited but sufficient for beverages and quick breakfast. Would stay again.
