Wonderful view at roof top. A bit of distance from public transport and if you do not plan your activities around Kawaguchigo, this place is very good to relax and chill.
Self check-in is very clear.
Overall location and amenities are fine except air-conditioned in the living hall was not able to warm up the hall especially in winter time. AC Filters were badly choked with little air. Texted owner but no response. Had to bear the cold winter temperature throughout the stay.
Close to Fuji-Q and many eateries.
3rd bedroom couldn't fit 2 futon beds though, but we managed to squeeze one into the 2nd room. Otherwise all perfect with this accommodation. Will return!
I think this is the best hotel to stay near the Fuji. House is clean, all bath and bedroom equipment included. Parking place is free. Great view of Mount Fuji
