Very nice and modern apartment on the river. Our only gripe was that as a user of Apple Maps it was hard to find. Apple Maps took us a few hundred feet the wrong way. The hosts were very patient and helpful. Google maps took us right to it!

Space was definitely not cleaned properly, there was a sock from a previous guest on the floor and hair on the pillows.
Location of property is good, water front and lots of options for dining. Communication with the host was okay.. no sheets on the pull out couch even though they knew we had kids and needed the extra bed, but host brought some in a timely manner.
Overall, not impressed and would not recommend. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

There was some miscommunication about the room number. The instructions were in Portuguese and the sign on the door was English so I was trying to get into the wrong room. Also, dropping the luggage off at the office instead of the room location on early arrival was a bit of an inconvenience especially if you are not familiar with the city. Also, I was not informed ahead of time of the cleaning fee nor the charge for the wine and snacks. I thought they were complimentary as there was no notice otherwise.

Just the apartment is so old need to be upgraded.

I arrived early but I was not able to check-in early which I expected but they didn’t have a space to leave my luggage so I had to find a spot and pay to leave my luggage until check-in. Upon check-in I noticed the bathroom shower and sink were not clean. I reached out the property management and all they said was they will inform the cleaning crew. I had to clean that up myself because I needed to shower and go out. The area is very convenient. All the restaurants and transportation is walkable also easy walk to the bridge to crossover to the Gaia side. Overall it was fine but I would not rate this as a 4 star. It’s more of 3.5.

Great place as a base to explore Porto! We stayed in the “Silver” room on the 1st floor. Partial view of the river but still great! Apartment has all the amenities you need, very modern, bright and extremely comfy. Highly recommend if you’re staying for 2-3 nights!

这个民宿的位置真的太好了，出门就是波尔图的标志性建筑物大铁桥，餐厅麦当劳非常方便，出门有一个教科文组织的世界文化遗产的标志，对面就是弗朗西斯科大教堂和证劵交易所，可以理解为住在了波尔图的城市封面里，非常享受这次入住
