The apartment was located in a narrow street which no cars can access. Our taxi dropped us off quite a distance from the place and we had to lug our baggage around trying to find the street. The owner was helpful and responsive to our questions especially when we were trying to locate the property.? The room was a good size and found to be clean. There was a lift to the room and a rooftop area with some chairs and a table.? Towels got changed on the third day.? Although the room had a small safe, we didn't use it because it was not screwed down.? Some of the flex on the hairdryer was melted exposing bare wires. This was brought to the attention of the owner and the item was exchanged the following?day.? Additionally, the hinge on the cupboard door by the bed was broken so we decided not to store anything in there in case we made matters worse. The owner was alerted to this also.? The room had a flatscreen TV,? tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. We couldn't fathom the A/C control.? The bathroom area had an opaque glass swing door where there was a wc and shower. Being in the old town where the sewer systems are fragile and ill equipped for the masses of tourists, no paper is allowed to be flushed. The shower was a walk-in with a waterfall shower head and the water was hot, but the seals along the shower enclosure were black and slimy with mold. The apartment is in the centre of the old town so lots of?restaurants are nearby as are gift shops.

Fabulous Suites in the heart of the Old Town. The owners have done an amazing job with the renovation. Our room had the most beautiful interior design. It was very spacious, modern and very comfortable. Hospitality was superb! The hosts were very friendly and always available. Thank you CASA DORINI for making our 10 day stay in Chania so memorable. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town yet quiet street. Walking distance to everything. The suite was very spacious and modern. The hosts were very friendly and helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend these beautiful suites.

Fantastic accommodation & location! Casa Dorini is centrally, located in a quiet side street just 2 minutes walk from the main Venetian port area. The recently renovated accommodation is a credit to the owners, and incorporates, large, spacious rooms, with lovely, decor and modern contemporary bathrooms. The Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, work faultlessly and the owners are eager to support with clean linen and other needs as required. The elevator is a welcome feature after hours of walking in beautiful Chania. The in room Nespresso machine is a nice touch. The only minor criticism is there are no USB charge points. We loved our stay, and the well fitted windows and shutters, with king sized comfortable beds added to the tranquility and exceptional sleep quality. Highly recommended on location and accommodation quality.
