Idéalement placé sur la route de Ha giang . Magnifique chambre dans une partie du complexe plus calme. L'autre partie étant réservé à des groupes de jeunes qui font des circuits à moto seul ou en groupe. Chambres communes et dortoirs pas chers mais bruyantes à déconselller pour les couples et les gens plus agés. Restaurant bruyant et pas trop propre après le passage de groupes de jeunes pas trop respectueux. Bel endroit mais juste pour une nuit trop fréquenté et trop bruyant

The staff were lovely but very very limited english. Its very busy with a party atmosphere and karaoke at night. Despite booking 2 beds, only 1 was made up. Unfortunately, there were no English instructions anywhere, and it was very unclear what facilities there were or how to use anything. Discovering what was on in the village was hit and miss as was where to eat. Breakfast was terrible, packet noodles in a bowl with water an egg and 2 leaves of greens. Juice was a can of fizzy drink. The place needed a good tidy and clean.

This place is the go place for young tourists bikers. This is the man created village for tourism and not authentic. At night music is loud so can be noisy. The room is basic and nothing interesting. Dinner has not much choices and expensive. The room comes with simple western breakfast and pho.

We stayed in room 201 of zone C4. There’s a separate Reception counter in this building and the male staff is very lovely. The male staff in main Reception area is not friendly. He was not rude but not welcoming. Room is like a Junior Suite and heater is not strong enough for such a large room: 9 meters x 3.72 meters. There’s an electric heater under the bed sheet so we could sleep well. Room has an iron and iron board. Hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub. While waiting for the tank to boil again, water in the bathtub became cold so I couldn’t take a bath. I didn’t take a shower too as room and bathroom were too cold. It took the whole night for the heater to warm the room. The cleanliness is so so, like in any local guesthouse. I rate 4/5 because of the nice lady manager and the beautiful room with mountain view. Breakfast is set, no buffet and the taste is good.
