Condo building with concierge, housekeeper and maintenance. Safe place with good security. Appeared to be a sublet. Clean 2 bedroom small apartment had everything you could need including a small tub. Comfortable for 2. Central location, close to subways, Plaza des Armes, some Tourist sites, grocery stores and many shops. Not the greatest neighbourhood after 9 pm though
