Well stocked bar, more than we expected and more than any other hotel. Super clean room and very comfortable bed. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff.
In midst of Chaos , I land up to such a soothing stay , amazing hospitality, great courteous staffs, mouth watering food ! So it was Calm over Chaos ! Lovely place to stay !
The room air conditioner was the most lousy and noisy I had ever experienced and that too at The LEELA claiming to be at the pinnacle of comfort and luxury.

Compared their Bengalore property they have some work to do in terms of room quality, staff and facilities in general. You get a 4 star feeling in a 5 star hotel.
This new property is a standout. From the beautiful lobby to the stylish, well-appointed rooms, everything feels fresh and high-end. The location is incredibly convenient, and the food was consistently delicious. A perfect blend of comfort and quality highly recommended!
The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.
Wonderful hospitality right from the check in time till we checked out. Room was cleaned daily. Food was awesome. Breakfast buffet had many options. Clean property.
