Hier ist eine sachlich-kritische, sprachlich saubere Bewertung – ohne Sch?nreden: Bewertung: Vilon Recoleta Hotel Das Hotel macht nach au?en einen guten Eindruck, h?lt aber in mehreren Punkten nicht, was es verspricht. Ein früherer Check-in oder ein sp?terer Check-out war nicht m?glich. Als ?Zugabe“ gab es zwei Flaschen Wasser – was n?tig ist, denn das Leitungswasser ist weder trinkbar noch genie?bar. Leitungswasser wird zwar an der Rezeption und im Gym angeboten, ansonsten hat man nur zwei Optionen: au?erhalb Wasser kaufen und ins Hotel schleppen oder im Hotel kleine Flaschen für jeweils 2 US-Dollar bezahlen. Beides ist ?rgerlich. Der Balkon ist faktisch unbenutzbar, da die Klimaanlage direkt dort verbaut ist. Sitzen bei laufender Anlage ist dadurch kaum m?glich. Der Dachpool misst etwa 3 × 9 Meter bei rund 70 cm Tiefe. Das ist eher eine gr??ere Sitzbadewanne als ein Pool – entt?uschend, wenn man Fotos und Beschreibung auf der Website glaubt. Besonders negativ: Auf der Website wird mit einem ?Super-Frühstück“ geworben. Vor Ort stellt sich heraus, dass es nicht inklusive ist und mit 18 US-Dollar extra berechnet wird. Das ist irreführend und nicht akzeptabel. Fazit: Angesichts dieser Punkte ist nicht nachvollziehbar, wie dieses Hotel als ?gut“ oder gar ?sehr gut“ bewertet wird. Preis-Leistung und Transparenz stimmen hier nicht.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and good location

Excellent stay. Good view from the rooftop pool. Staff was very nice especially Pablo.

Rooms are clean, staff are helpful and friendly, and location is great - but the rooms are basic. For example, we stayed 3 night in one of the suites and for the entire stay we got 2 small bottles of water and 2 coffee capsules.

Excellent hotel - very clean and spacious room. Had a lovely balcony with a hot tub. Staff on reception were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was excellent and with a big selection from a menu. Well located in a very safe and lovely area of BA. Only slight criticism would be the cleanliness of the pool on the roof. Would highly recommend

Excelente localiza??o, hotel novo, boas instala??es, boa cama e travesseiros, bons len?óis e toalhas e os funcionários atenciosos. Tivemos um pequeno problema de vazar água pelo box do chuveiro, molhando o banheiro, mas fomos prontamente atendidos e foi resolvido pela manuten??o. Ar condicionado silencioso e funcionando muito bem. O café da manh? n?o tem muitas op??es, mas é suficiente e tem boa qualidade. Certamente me hospedaria novamente!!!!!

Excelente custo x benefício. O hotel é muito bem localizado na Recoleta, em uma regi?o muito bonita de Buenos Aires. Em torno do hotel há vários comércios, restaurantes, pequenos mercados etc. O prédio é novo e os quartos s?o totalmente condizentes com as fotos do site. A equipe é extremamente educada. O único ponto negativo está no banheiro. Apesar do banheiro ser amplo e o chuveiro ser ótimo, o espa?o destinado ao banho (box) é minúsculo. O espa?o é t?o reduzido que eu, com 1,71m de altura tive dificuldades de me movimentar dentro o box. Ainda assim, eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel e recomendo.

Fijne kamer, schoon. Goed bed. Goede airco. Alles ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit. Centrale ligging en hulpvaardig receptie-personeel. Met name Pablo gaf goede tips en leuke gesprekjes. Aangrenzend restaurant had heerlijk ontbijt en daar ook ontzettende aardige serveerster, ondanks de kleine taalbarrière bleef ze vrolijk en geduldig. Prima tijd gehad! Balkon en zwembad/buitenruimte zijn wel wat klein. Prettig dat de koffers bij in- en uitcheck daar konden staan en we gebruik konden maken van de mooie ruimte boven om op te frissen.

У отеля отличное расположение в относительно безопасном районе. На этом плюсы закончились… На ресепшен даже негде присесть, при заезде нужны данные банковской карты с CVV-кодом. Зачем? Хотели депозит оставить кэшем - нельзя. В номере грязно, нет даже телефона, что уж говорить о тапочках… Система вентиляции есть только в туалете, из-за чего в номере душно, есть только кондиционер, но он дует прямо на кровать.
