Nice little place. Breakfast was good. The room with a balcony had a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Es gibt keine Rezeption und keinen Ansprechpartner. Man sendet einen Code für die Türen per WhatsApp. Der Code hat bei mir nicht funktioniert. Um reinzukommen, brauchte ich 15 Minuten. Der Zimmercard funktioniert auch nicht richtig. Meine Zimmertür konnte nicht gesperrt werden. W?hrend ich drau?en war, h?tte man die Tür ?ffnen und reinkommen k?nnen. Ich empfehle dieses hotel nicht weiter.

It is in a very loud and dirty area of town. No front desk staff made it challenging when traveling to destination and having to arrange everything online while on the road.

Check-in was a hassle but getting in and out of the room got easier after I figured all the keys and doors out.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast delivered to our door was a nice touch, and it was hot and tasty. Unfortunately the smart TV wasn’t working properly but that’s very minor. The drive to parking was VERY tight but we made it. You’ll keep fit with the stairs but you’ll not beat the location of this place, right in the centre of all the action, lots of restaurants and shopping.

A very nice up-market B&B in the heart of historic Palermo. The room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Location is just minutes away from major attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Be aware that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the apartments so may be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Room super clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast room service was impeccable and always on time.
The best thing about this hotel is its location, walkable to all major atractions and the train station.

Great overnight stay, the place was so well and centrally located. Bit of a climb, but the comfort and facilities definitely did it justice !
Breakfast was amazing, great selection, good quality - we had it by our balcony which was a great way to spend the last day in the amazing city of Palermo !
