  • Guest：The hotel was easy to find and close to the station. It’s a quiet building and the room was a decent size. Coffee and tea were provided along with a kettle. However we were only provided with one towel despite booking for 2 people. No hand soap provided and the toilet seat was broken. The carpet also felt sticky and unclean, unsure whether it’s the material or just wasn’t cleaned. It’s good for a short term stay.
  • Guest：Not my best stay There was a poo in the toilet. A hole punched in the bathroom door. The towels and sheets were grubby. TV remote sticky so felt a bit yuk. Host was good and friendly. Buzzed me i and out no problem. Did to be fair offer another room, but i accepted what i had as i was just crashing there.
  • Guest：Check in smooth. Overall impression for the price I paid was fine. Comfy bed, tea, coffee, kettle. Cleanliness 6 out of 10. Shower was fine, 2 shabby towels (seen better days). Slept very well until 7.15 when fire alarm was set off by steam from a shower in the basement, Manager of building tried sorting problem by pushing buttons on main control unit, to no avail. Long and short of it....just over an hour later Imran rocks up to finally stop the ear piercing fire alarm. One family actually sat in their car because the alarm was so loud.
  • Guest：The room was cold - the window left wide open. The quilt was stained. The toilet seat was broken and not secure. The mechanism on the sink outlet was broken. The room smelled of stale tobacco smoke. The television did not show any BBC programmes. There was no butter or milk at breakfast.
