Great location right in the middle of everything. The property team was very responsive and accommodating. The flat was perfect size for two people and the bed was super comfy. Just be prepared for stairs, which we were aware of ahead of time.

Great room. Steps were ok but hard for most people

The property does not have an elevator so if you are unable to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs then this maybe an issue. We were there in the Fall so the weather was cool so AC was not required, the unit does not have AC but they do have fans.

Perfect location
The location is perfect. It is easy to find, so close to the tube and within walking distance of everything you need. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs to climb. Overall, it was great for a few fantastic days in London.

Amazing location! Tons of pubs, restaurants and shops all just a minutes walks and right next to a theater.
We were on the top floor which made carrying luggage difficult as there’s no elevator, but you can request help from the housekeepers which is nice. The location made the stairs worth it!
We had great communication and were supplied with detailed instructions on how to work the appliances.
All in all, we had an amazing stay!

Week night fun night
Lovely spot right in the heart of St Martins. Stairs fun after a long day, but only negative.

The location of this property is wonderful and in a lively part of town close to everything including two tube stops. We felt very safe there. The room itself simple, and it had everything we needed. The communication up front was excellent, but we ran in to an issue with our accommodation and did not hear back after reaching out to our host. Not a deal breaker but that's the reason for the four stars instead of five.

Poor facility. Bed is small. No blanket. Electric fun is broken. In the morning, a homeless person blocked the entrance, to which the hotel security responded more than one hour later.

Loved it
It was a great one night stay. Ideally located between Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Great accommodation and shower and everything I needed thank you.
