The customer service here is fantastic. All the staff and friendly and helpful. We phone in the morning to make a booking and there was no answer but they called us back! The Sunday roast was beautiful with lots of veg and they don’t scrimp on the gravy!

We had our golden wedding at the Reindeer rooms food band -everything was really great, Mel organised everything for us we just had to turn up and have a great time. The staff were great and we left feeling special after a truly memorable evening. We booked all the rooms for our guests and they all commented on how the rooms were all clean beautiful and finished to a high standard PLUS the breakfast was amazing -Well done to all.

Enjoyed new year eve at the Reindeer Inn, a great night with damily and firends all of which was for free had surprise visit from a local celeb which also made our daughthers night. Thanks Reindeer Inn and staff for putting on a great night we really enjoyed it.

We have been here before for meals, but we booked in for Christmas Dinner. It was beautiful and not rushed so there was time in between courses. The atmosphere was great and the staff were awesome. It is also dog friendly which is great. We will be booking again next year!!

Visited the Reindeer as a group of 16 to have the Christmas menu with all the office staff. From start to finish we were treated very well. The food and service was excellent. Everyone in the group commented how good it was with myself and others deciding to return with family/friends to sample some of the weekly choices and carvery on Sunday. Thank you very much for a lovely experience - will be our first choice for Christmas office lunch for 2024 for sure.

This was our third time I’ve booked to eat at the Reindeer inn. The last two was fantastic , so we decided to have Sunday lunch, my wife and sister in law ordered turkey , while me and my brother in law ordered beef, bad mistake on our part . our beef was very tough, carrots over cooked. every thing else was fine,

The rooms were very good and the beds very comfortable. Very large rooms so plenty of movement as one couple was disabled and this did help them. The food in the evenings was so good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The only gripe we had was the breakfast as we were expecting full English but was given late at night even when abed, continental breakfast which we had not chosen as this was by the staff and some did not have the breakfast as we would have liked to choose our selves. Parking was good but you had to get back before night as no room to park.

Good size rooms nicely decorated with a large wet room, good shower, central heating, TV, big wardrobe and plenty of storage, mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Everything you’d need for your stay. Nice toiletries too. Breakfast was great with a selection of cereals/yoghurts and cooked breakfast. We also had dinner in the pub restaurant and the food was really good.
