The property is beautiful, with a lovely reception area, light & bright restaurant & ‘clubby’ fun bar. Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful. There are many boutique hotels in London but At Sloane definitely stands out!

The staff at At Sloane is exceptional. They are friendly, courteous, extremely attentive and went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. The room amenities are excellent and the hotel location is perfect. We also enjoyed the hotel dining room. Will definitely visit again when we can.

Phenomenal across the board. I have traveled the world from my home in Los Angeles to Tokyo to Paris and At Sloane in London is one of the most incredible places I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Will definitely be returning the next time I'm in London!

My partner and I had an absolutely exceptional experience at At Sloane. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, care, and professionalism that set the tone for one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve ever had. Everything about the hotel is absolutely 5 stars. From the rooms, to the service, to the food, and the ambience. We felt like our experience was absolutely individualized and catered to our needs. We also appreciated the intimacy of the hotel, as we felt we got a chance to actually relax. We ended up spending more time in the hotel than we thought we would due to how much of an escape it felt like. We would like to give a special mention to Marta, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, who made our stay absolutely effortless, anticipating our needs and ensuring we could completely relax into vacation mode. Furthermore, everyone is so memorable and personable, and goes above and beyond. An additional thank you to Vanessa, Sara, Rayann, Maria, Ava, Grace, Lois, Lotfi, and Ella who made our stay exceptional. We had planned to stay one night but extended to a full week, and even returned before flying home simply because the experience was that special. At Sloane isn’t just a beautiful hotel - it’s a place defined by extraordinary people who make every guest feel valued. We left feeling genuinely cared for and deeply appreciative, and we can’t wait to return. P.S. We highly recommend spending some time in the library (the check-in area) at the dining room table - it’s such a lovely spot to enjoy cocktails, snacks, and great conversation with the team. We promise you won't be intrusive. And don’t miss the chicken spring rolls - they’re phenomenally delicious!

I didn’t like that it was such an expensive stay but things like 24 hour room service were not available.

We absolutely love At Sloane, and would happily move right in. No detail has been overlooked in this exquisite boutique hotel, in the best neighborhood. This was our second visit, after a brief but wonderful stay in Oct that inspired us to return. We were once again delighted by the hotel: the design and decor, the staff, our room, and the dining, both in-room and at the incredible jewel box-like restaurant. One of the managers, Hisham, in particular, was simply terrific, even keeping the restaurant open a bit longer for us when we were delayed by an event one evening. Five stars in all regards.

AT SLOAN is perfection in hospitality. I don’t even want to refer AT SLOAN as a hotel, more as a precious sanctuary, a cocoon from the outside world, where the team welcomed us, as if we were staying in an intimate and sublime room in their home.
In the future, I would only stay AT SLOAN when I voyage to London.
