We arrived for four nights with 3 suitcases. We barely managed to open 2 suitcases and we left the larger one closed - because the room is very small. When we asked for a larger room they demanded payment - this is the last time we will come here - especially since we already know good hotels with more spacious rooms.

Montcalm Mayfair Autograph Collection is a brand new and very unique hotel in a favourable area of central London, and I had a wonderful and memorable experience. Aquiles at reception was very much matching with the refined atmosphere of the hotel, and ushered me to my room on the 3rd floor, during which we had a lovely chat. Upon entering the room, he opened the room's TV door, with the screen saying my name, together with elegant music. I'd never had such a welcoming experience before. The spa was brand new, and all the furniture, mini bar products and bath amenities were artistic and luxurious. My personal highlight was breakfast, where there was a general manager with his staff who were absolutely a delight. The atmosphere there was like high society, and the food was out of this world. This hotel is a gem, and worth staying here if you are looking for a one of a kind experience.

Is good hotel and safety and nice complementary drinks in lobby and good space the front of hotel ( attached picture)
