Excelente ubicación, decoración muy british,muy buen servicio(gracias!!), tama?o habitacion bastante reducido, con lo basico pero bien aprovechado,limpio. Amenities muy útiles: cafe,tes,jabon etc. El parque que hay en frente increible!. En lineas generales y teniendo en cuenta que es Londres, bastante acertada nuestra eleccion.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Victoria Coach Station, which made it a very convenient place to stay. The reception team was very welcoming, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It also reflects British heritage beautifully, with pictures of Queen Elizabeth and King Charles in the corridor, as well as information about the original builder of the hotel, the hotel is around 200 years old historical building. Staying in this charming townhouse was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended

The property itself is beautifully decorated inside and out, with elegant details and great care taken in every corner. The fresh flower baskets outside and by the windows add a charming touch, showing how much attention is given to presentation and guest experience. Inside, the décor feels refined, warm, and authentically London. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything is well maintained, and the towels and linens are exceptionally clean and fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and ensure every stay is memorable.

H?tel très bien situé. Personnel 24/24, sympathique et serviable. En revanche, (pas de chance?) nous avons eu une chambre vraiment minuscule au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Le ménage était très superficiel quotidiennement (j’ai retrouvé mes cheveux de la veille au même endroit dans la douche) et la dernière journée, il n’avait même pas été fait du tout. Les fenêtres sont du simple vitrage, donc l’isolation acoustique et thermique est nulle. Peut-être qu’à Londres il y a moyen de trouver mieux pour le même budget?

Chambre numéro 45 très petite (pour nous, pas de chance, au quatrième sans ascenseur) 14 m2 annoncés, ressentis 9!!! Douche très petite, jet d’eau très faible, pommeau de douche fixé au mur, donc pas pratique pour se rincer. L’eau chaude met très longtemps à arriver et elle est aléatoire. Fenêtre en simple vitrage, donc aucune isolation thermique ou acoustique. Ménage quotidien très superficiel, j’ai retrouvé mes cheveux de la veille au même endroit dans la douche (la dernière journée il n’a même pas été fait : ??un oubli??) Moquette au sol, assez désagréable et peu hygiénique pour marcher pieds nus. Le personnel est très disponible et très gentil. Dans la chambre, une bouilloire et café thé chocolat à disposition. L’emplacement est central et très pratique . Je suis étonnée des commentaires très positifs et des notes de 5 Etoiles . Notre expérience mérite juste la moyenne.

We are sorry this did not suit your needs. We are also sorry to hear about the shower pressure/temperature and the fixed showerhead. If we had known during your stay, we would have sent our maintenance team immediately to check the boiler settings and fittings. Regarding single glazing, many period properties are restricted in what can be changed, but we continue to review practical measures to improve comfort. Shout out to staff members Sunny and Nash who were kind, helpful and who went out of their way to take great care of us (directions, luggage, switching rooms). Hotel is in an amazing location, near both Victoria bus and tube stations. Easy walk to popular attractions. Rooms are small but clean and attractive. No lift and lots of stairs, so be warned if you have mobility issues.

Cominciamo dalle cose positive: posizione comodissima per la stazione dei treni e della metropolitana di Victoria , ben collegata specialmente per chi arriva da Gatwick , albergo molto pulito e personale cordiale ed amichevole. Proseguiamo con quelle meno positive : bagno in comune, lo sapevo in quanto era specificato nella descrizione della camera singola che ho prenotato, e , cosa che gli ha fatto perdere un punto nella mia valutazione, camera troppo piccola e questo purtroppo non era indicato correttamente in quanto su Booking indicava di 8 mq era in realtà poco più di 5 mq (l’ho misurata). Diciamo che già 8 mq risulta un po’ claustrofobia ma 5 e’ proprio troppo piccola per circa 100 euro a notte. Insomma la sufficienza piena la merita ma non di più .

Great staff and location too. Staff always with smile and happy to help with the luggages. Many attractions are nearby and also convenient for travelling as coach and train station too nearby. We will definitely be back on our next visit to London.

If you need a last-minute place to stay at exceptional prices, and don't have luggage to get up and down a bunch of stairs, this place is lovely. Small rooms but has everything you need for a budget stay. Nothing fancy but it's quiet enough to sleep (I asked for the top floor) and the staff are really lovely.

Great location and nice, big room (with one double and one single-bed), which was cleaned everyday. The bathroom was tiny, but sufficient - clean, warm and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
