Guest：Having owned a holiday home at Newbeach for several years, I decided it was time to upgrade to a larger, newer model. I let the sales team know of my intention explaining what I was looking for. I can't praise the sales team highly enough, there was no rush, no hard sell just regular contact when something became available that they thought I might like. When I did find what I was looking for the transition from purchase to actually moving to the new unit was simple and stress free. I can't praise the sales team enough, especially Scarlet. Nothing was too much trouble and the maintenance team were amazing with all the help given. If anyone is looking to purchase a holiday home I would highly recommend having a chat with the team at Newbeach, you will get honest answers to your questions and good advice.
Guest：Spending the bank Holiday weekend here. Having a lovely time. Accommodation is fantastic. Facilities are great (although watch out in the arcade section as some of the games are out of order but will still take credits off your game card. We did the pottery painting and Jack was fantastic. Explained the process and how the colours darken when they go through the kiln. And we get to take a piece of holiday home with us (or 3)! Jack is an assett to the team!

Guest：I have been visiting new beach since I was a child, I know being my 3 children, my mum also has been coming since a child we love new beach it’s always our go to holiday. We come in peak season which of course means paying more than a term time holiday. We checked in with early check in and the caravan was lovely and clean. Quickly got unpacked and was ready to hit the clubhouse. On the first night it was shockingly hot in there like an oven. My children normally love getting involved with the Krazy Krew and always look forward too seeing loopy and the gang. The clubhouse was very noticeably quieter than normal esp for peak season I come this time every year but we went with it. As the holiday went on we noticed it more and more less people on the clubhouse and to be honest I’m not shocked, the park stars were not the normal standard we were used too…. Previous years when under Scott and co my children would be buzzing engaged and enjoy EVERY activity. This year not so much, we were never updated like normal so never knew what was going on until it was too late. Previously this would be announced the night before and I’d be rushing off to book but this year no. We had NO team show not one a country night where 3 out of 5 park stars come on and sing individually is NOT a “team show” so why when it’s peak season? What was I paying that much for because it most definitely wasn’t entertainment. And it didn’t get better. We had a new team and by that I don’t mean changed who we have I mean clearly new to the role, one lady wasn’t the strongest singer and would ask “do I sing this or skip it” we see her show twice and it was on a 3rd time being there for two weeks we couldn’t watch again as bad as it sounds. So that was a night in the caravan which isn’t like us. Last year we happily watched the panto again and again this year there was absolutely nothing worth watching minus the outside entertainment that was good and they engaged with the crowd, esp the livertones. The ents issues don’t stop there the kids entertainment was awful we’d have a character then a tv show then the character went then another show, I did not bring my children to watch tv…. I know this isn’t the normal as I said returning customer this isn’t ok peak season and half an effort at best. My children got bored of this over two weeks being only like 4 loopy tv shows….. when one of my children spoke to one park star he was often met with little interaction and “run along” erm this isn’t normal previously Scott would make fun for them, give out stickers colouring in bingo, when we asked this year it was “no” so we got our own. It helps keep them quiet when bingo is on. Which is another issue. One night it was SO loud when bingo was on we complained, we spent a fair amount each night and could not hear, when I complained they said “yeah we have spoken to them” I said it wasn’t enough and maybe security should step in which then they did but it wasn’t my job to tell them?!
