  • Guest：Difficult to check in and not great. Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room. The room was clean, however the bathroom was outside the room and required a key, so we assumed it was a shared situation. The shower curtain was dirty so I was reluctant to use it. There was no coffee or milk provided. If it hadn’t been for the other family we would have been stranded. Not a great feeling. I wouldn’t bother using this hotel again.

  • Guest：Weekend stay in Pisa, this place is the perfect location.. 5 mins walk from the leaning tower and other attractions, restaurants, shops, 15 min walk to the station/airport. Owner was very accommodating and extremely helpful when it come to check in/check out. Room was clean and bed comfortable. All we needed for the perfect weekend. Would stay again. Thanks again to the owner for being so flexible ????
