The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay here again.

Overpriced for a place with no AC and hot water was not working for half the stay. Beautiful property though. Woke up in the morning and there was a scorpion in the bed. We arrived at the home and communicated we were there the last came out and sent us away as we did not speak Spanish and mispronounced the location. After showing the reservation on the phone she then allowed us access.

We loved our stay here! It was enchanting and the perfect place to get away and relax!
