Guest：Wonderful place, away from the hustle bustle of city life...Spacious cottage with good amenities, homely food, bonfire at night, great service...The old but highly energetic Baba walked us through the organic plantations, rabbit and duck farms and the Bhatsa river banks, giving all essential information... Helpful care-takers, their cute children, the playful dog- Mocha and naughty cat Sintu made the overall experience great !! Travelling by local train is cheaper, faster and less tiresome. The place is hardly at a 2.2 km distance from Vasind railway station (10 min from east side by Auto rickshaw). Good place for a family get-together on a weekend...

Guest：This place is was lush green when we went during the 15th August long weekend. It was close to Thane --not more than 1hr 30 Mts drive (during low traffic). Tucked away from main road as farmstays are. Quiet and restful. Best place to detox or just chill. The care-taker was efficient and ran the place smoothly. More homely and casual. The food was excellent -tasty and simple. Just like home but made it interesting with simple sweet dishes. Evening onion pakodas and vada pav just stole our hearts.Rains and pakodas! Rooms are simple but all the right things working very well. Comfortable.Clean. Cottage style and can chat in veranda of cottage. Property also had animals if you have small kids -ducks, rabbits, dog, cat.. also splash pool etc. There is a river nearby where you can go. And a few other places-we preferred to just rest. I think this place would have a different charm in winter. Planning to go. The only place that can get better is the sitting place for breakfast dinner--the wooden benches were a bit uncomfortable for the senior citizens with us. I thought this was a charming place, simple (not fancy) and close by.
