Guest：The best place in Ksamil, the rooms are very comfortable and relaxing, it is always very clean and the location is near all the beaches in Ksamil. The owners of the property are very nice people, friendly and helpful. Near the Villa is also a nice restaurant “Grill Zone” so you can enjoy their delicious food.

Very warm welcome and sat and talked through Ksamil - what to expect and to do. The cost is very reasonable and I expected simple rooms but it was much more!! Beautiful decor - modern, style fittings. Everything felt brand new - bed, bathroom etc. Accommodation has Wi-Fi in room and a delicious breakfast included. The family are kind, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Even helped when I had no boat trip they made calls and sorted. They run a successful restaurant also. Clearly very popular as always busy even with members of public - not just guests. No pressure to eat there but food was lovely when I did. Special thanks to Tony and Eri - always kind and friendly. I will return for sure.
