Our apartment had the most amazing view and a lovely terrace where we could have breakfast and enjoy the view. There were several things about the apartment that we didn't quite understand. Firstly, there was only a trash can in the bathroom. There is nowhere to put things in the bathroom where there are also many tiles that have fallen off the wall. The furniture was worn out and no attempt had been made to fix it. There was a lot of clutter and there were strange things in the cupboards. The lock on the door had to have a special trick to work - why don't you just get it fixed. Please note that there is no electric kettle so water has to be boiled on the outdoor stove. We were cleaned but not given new toilet paper and the towels were removed but not replaced with new ones - we had to call for them ourselves. There is a nice pool but be careful how messy and dirty the area is - NO ONE cleans during the day so it gets pretty disgusting. By the way, the area is quite small compared to how many people live there. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The owner was sweet and nice but it's just not enough when it's not clean.

En lisant les avis, j'ai eu un peu peur. Mais tout est vraiment ok. Le personnel est sympa, dispo, serviable. Petit manque d'ustensiles, hop, problème arrangé. L'endroit est magnifique, coincé entre la plage et les montagnes. De la piscine, on a cette vue sur la plage avec derrière, ce que j'appelle la cordillère des Albs. Vacances en familles qui vont laisser de bons souvenirs.

Fantastic stay . As we arrived we were greeted and accompanied to our room . My wife wanted to change the room as we had 2 kids and this was accomplished in a swift manner. The manager himself made sure we had all things we wanted. I was surprised to see 3 staff including the cleaner to made to sure we were satisfied. Restaurant on site used a few times efficient and cheap comparison with other restaurants in the area ( advise open the restaurant before 7:30 pm as there is a lot people by the pool and they demand food) Pool was nice and cleaned daily. Pro - good staff/ accommodation/Restaurant Cons- a bit far from the beach To sum up staff are top and don’t change your attitude as this is what strikes the most in Albania, there is no other places that meet and great like you and meet costumers demands.
