Stayed for 3 nights in Jul 2024. Was in the car so parking was essential…. Parking was free and ample here which was great. Reception and bar area is clean and tidy, and there is an outdoor seating area. Reception staff were great and very helpful. Room was fantastic value, modern, comfortable and clean. The en-suite was equally modern and the shower was good. There was also a good indoor pool and spa area. I didn’t use it, but my mate said that the gym area was a little tired. Overall a good hotel, with great friendly staff. Would defo stay again if coming to the area.

Veldig hyggelig personalet. Komfortable senger og rene rom. God middag. Stille og rolig. Vi bestilte uten frokost. Tillegg for frokost er veldig dyrt. Antagelig lurt ? bestille rom og frokost i ett. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Alles war super nur das Meer hat mir null gefallen das meer war grünlich braunlich und nicht rein. Dafür hatten wir ein sch?nen pool von 7-22 uhr zu benutzen. Mega Atmosph?re mega tolle personal auch wenn nicht alle englisch konnten haben die super nett geholfen und mein englisch ist auch nicht perfekt aber wir haben uns verstanden. Danke für dne tollen Aufenthalt
We came here in May by car. Actually, the hotel was not yet open but we were able to stay here for 2 nights. We appreciated that very much, - a hospitality which you do not encounter often these days. The hotel is perfectly located at the end of the Adrasan beach. Breakfast was served to the table and it was always gorgeous. Swimming pool, room, surroundings and hotel are very clean. I might only add that regarding the common standards however, the room and balcony size might not meet some actual expectations to the requested room rate. All in all the stay was very pleasant and memorable. The management family and the employees are hardworking and heartwarming friendly. We will surely try to come back here very soon again.
Overall my stay was excellent. The other gripe I had was initial booking. I didn’t realize the rooms are different based on A/C or not. If that was made clear when booking that would be great. Overall excellent stay and excellent staff.
Poor customer service
The room was really nice and clean but the service was extremely poor. We had room nr 119 the wifi didn't work (they said that room had problem with wifi??!?). There is no AC, the room is close to a highly traffic road, and in the morning about 7 o'clock the builders start working under our window,talking loudly, using their tools and listening to loud music. We informed on arrival that breakfast serves between 7-11, when we came down at 10:10 the receptionist just said she will talk to her colleague!!?!? That really didn't help us...
So I will not recommend this hotel nor will come back.
Идеальное место для отдыха. Очень чисто!!! Прекрасные, новые номера. Качественная отделка номера и сантехника. Удобная кровать и подушки. Чистый бассейн. Милый персонал. Вкусный завтрак. Сам отель очень уютный и все сделано с душой!!!
