For the price stay in a nice hotel Location was good with a bad view of an alleyway. The apartment we were originally put in had a strong odor of mold and I get immediate headaches and eye twitching from mold. It was bad in the kitchen area and obvious with the floor covering there is a problem. I wanted my money back and to move somewhere else of my choice. They wouldn't give a refund because we were 5 nights so they offered us another apartment. This location was not as good, view of office building but still ok. The linens were stained, towels old as well as most of the kitchen items. There were no comforts of home, it felt like a college apartment with the bare minimum. Lots of stairs and a warning not to use the elevator. I do not recommend this apartment or others offered by this company.

Dear William,Thanks for staying with us and we are sorry you did not enjoy the stay. People who enjoy staying in apartments do really tend to like our places and locations with the self check in system. As you explained it to us yourself this is your first time staying in apartments versus hotels due to the same price with more place and amenities compared to a hotel room. As operating all around the city we work with the self check in system/online communications to be able to provide these amenities and prices. Our apartments are rennovated in residential buildings where of course guests will experience more of an every day life (regular everyday use noises as you mentioned us was disturbing to you ) which are very different then being in a big hotel.Since you were dissatisfied with the first apartment we were able to provide you an apartment just as central in a different (newer building) which our team built with help of Danish designers, our linens are coming to all our locations from Europe's biggest hotel linen provider (surely mistakes can happen but I can assure you, linens are not dirty and if you let us know and we would have missed we are still happy to change them:) We are sorry to hear this alternative place was not to your liking. We have many guests who luckily are keen on this location and apartments as well:) Ad a note the warnings you have seen was not to use the elevator to transport goods( meaning just put in luggages without a person) as then it can get stuck since luggages move around and no one to control inside- this is true for most elevators. Of course people can use it!Kind Regards

The room was great - spacious, full kitchen (but only oil and salt in kitchen available) with dining area, separate sleeping space, super-comfy bed. Extra detail for initial access would have been helpful. Only body-wash, no shampoo seemed a little weird. The absolute best location - we walked everywhere during our five days in CPH.

此次旅行，到店后未能提前提供钥匙密码，举家寒风中呆了三个多小时，入住后未收到任务入住房间服务讯息，直到再次要求才得到Wifi，但再无任何设施使用説明，如抽风机等，每次想谘询，只能问携程，并要等半天，失望之极！
