Guest：I stayed here for the last two nights that I was in Gozo. The hotel is fairly new. Lovely and modern from the outside in and they have an adjoining restaurant from the hotel. Rooms were clean and fresh and the queen bed was so comfortable, however in my opinion I was a little dissapointed with a few things, firstly the front door is accessed by a personal code but was always left open. When I walked into my room I found that someone had left the air freshener there on the table and there it remained for two days as no one came in to clean my room or just replace the milk and coffee etc I was also quite angry to see a big sign ubove the toilet saying "DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER DOWN the toilet and plus not even giving sanitary bags to put anything in and I had to go elsewhere to use the toilet. .Next thing was the internal door inside my room, I was curious to know what was in there and soon realised that it joined another room however I was woken up quite late by someone on the other side trying frantically to open that door to and got woken up with a bit of a fright. They let themselves down with the quality of the breakfast, 4 slices of stale bread by the toaster and measly selection of breakfast foods, cheap multipack yoghurts and although a lovely selection of fruit there was no time taken to see if any of them were bad like the pear that I had, it had a black rotten hole in it that I hadnt noticed as it was put underside down although what was shown on the website was mushrooms, local cheeses tomatoes etc, they where not there l They have let themselves down with the breakfast All in all they have let themselves down by cutting corner sand not focusing on the finer details.
