Booked last night as our all inclusive resort is substandard. Lovely clean and friendly place to stay. I’d highly recommend the Kokalas Resort. What a total contrast in all standards compared to fenerik resort. We’d definitely stay here again

First of all. The family that runs the villa are amazing people, attentive helpers. They give a detailed explanation of the entire villa and the area if necessary. Very pleasant and family-like.. And with all that they give the privacy we planned. Beyond that, the villa is amazing, very new.. It has almost everything, you really don't need to leave it. From a barbecue, a pool, a gym, a water filter to two kitchens, living rooms and basically everything. In short, we had a great time and highly recommend it. Dear Nikos, thank you!

Wer wenig erwartet, wird mit viel überrascht. Das famili?r geführte Hotel, überwiegend skandinavisch, wird mit Herz und Seele geführt. Ein Familienhotel, wie man es heutzutage nur noch selten auf der Insel findet.. Hauptakteure sind zwei Brüder, eine Ehefrau und der Sohn. Alle weiteren Familienmitglieder helfen auch, treten aber nicht so in Erscheinung.. Herzlichkeit wird hier gro? geschrieben, und man versucht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ger?umig, und jederzeit absolut sauber. Genauso wie die ganze kleine Anlage. In jedem Zimmer/Apartment gibt es einen Kühlschrank und eine Kochzeile . Es gibt einen ausreichend gro?en Pool mit kleinen Babybereich. Es wird kein Buffet zum Frühstück angeboten, aber eine ausreichende Karte, die über den Tag verteilt. auch viele Snacks anbietet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis ist absolut top

The warmest welcome awaits you at Kokalas Resort. This family run business is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as relaxing and pleasurable as you like. My highlight is always the Cretan BBQ, expertly prepared by head chef Fragias, while Nikos, Rula and the rest of the family provide excellent service and entertainment. I have traveled all over the world but this is home from home.

This is the perfect hotel for families, with a super friendly and helpful staff makes this our go-to hotel for every trip. Service: 10/10 Rooms: 10/10 Pool: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Food: 10/10 (best carbonara and waffles in town) Bang for the buck: 10/10 PS: Ask for the the "Viking shot" when the kids have been put to bed

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at, and highly recommended. The atmosphere is indescribable, and the family that runs the hotel are the most service minded and incredible nice hosts we have ever met on our travels abroad. Perfect location in Georgioupolis, with short distance to the beautiful sandy beach and to the center of this charming village. We have absolutely nothing to complain about in this hotel, everything is just absolutely fantastic Many guests are so satisfied that they return year after year, and so are we. We cant barely wait until next summer :)

Stayed at Kokalas with my family, two adults, two kids, for two weeks. Let me tell you, this stay has been truly amazing. My wife and I have traveled the world, from bungalows to luxury hotels. This visit easily tops many of them. As a Greek descendant in Sweden, when I visit Greece, I want the experience to be reminiscent of my youthful visits to my grandmother during summer breaks. It's been hard to achieve that feeling after many visits, but Kokalas made me feel like a young boy again, surrounded by a loving family, not just staff. Nikos and his family, including his wife Roula, brother Frank, and charming young son Giannis, were incredible. The entire staff, including maids and cooks, were equally amazing. In Greece, we call this "filoxenia," which means being a friend to strangers, hospitality in its truest sense. The rooms are as described—simple yet beautiful, with soul. My wife and I were tired of the standard art deco look with all-white interiors and universal remote controls. Kokalas suited us perfectly. We want to express our gratitude to the sweet ladies who did an exceptional job cleaning and were always so polite. Nikos and his brother Frank arranged fantastic day and night trips for us. Just ask them for anything, and they're more than happy to help. Normally, I only stay in hotels for business, but Kokalas has changed that. My heart longs to return, and I'm already searching for flight tickets for next year. I write this from my heart and words cannot express how incredible this stay has been. Thank you immensely. We recently stayed here with a party of 33 of us to celebrate 3 birthdays and what a time we had. We stayed in their brand new 7 bedroom villa, and it is absolutely stunning in every way... 2 private pools, outdoor relaxing area, onsite gym in the basement it has it all, super comfy and so well equipped with all mod cons (even a large Bluetooth mirror in the bathrooms that is a superb sounding speaker.) The main pool area and bar are just as good, Nicos, Frank, Rula and the team are so accommodating and uber friendly. The bbq night is a must every Thursday. The food is top notch and slowly cooked all day. it's a really good night with Greek dancing around the pool after the food. Food and drinks are lovely, well presented and very reasonable. The hotels complex is large enough to cope but small enough to care, nothing was too much trouble. We would without hesitation stay again here. A fab fab place for sure
