退房時間一到，服務人員直接開門。我們還在穿衣服….敲門都沒有。我們嚇懵了

Perfect balance between staying in a hotel and Airbnb. You get the space and room amenities of Airbnb, and the cleanliness, comfort and setting of a hotel. Cleanliness is very good. Room is huge and comfortable.

唯一不足就是退房時間是10:00，覺得太早了，如果能延至11:00會更好

超出預期！很新很乾凈，設施特別全。沒車的話去便利店或者超市不太方便，如果自帶食材的話可以窩在房間里待一整天。

Absolutely great room with very good amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with proper cutlery and utensils, which we really appreciated. Having a washer dryer in the room was a big plus, and the view was beautiful as well. Check in was smooth and included a video call with the staff, which was easy and reassuring.
The location was fairly accessible, with bus stops and a train station nearby, though there was some walking involved, including a short slope. There were no convenience stores nearby, which is expected given the location, so it is best to stock up on supplies beforehand.
The pyjamas were comfortable, and so were the bed and pillows. The onsen was the highlight of the stay, along with the large TV. It was just the two of us, and while the room could accommodate up to four people, the shower door was quite transparent, so privacy may be a consideration if more people are sharing the room, especially when using the toilet at the same time.
We did have a small issue with the vending machine, though that could have just been on our end. Overall, this was the hotel we enjoyed the most and would gladly stay at again.

Modern and elegantly designed, this spacious room gives our family of 4 ample space to zone out, completely soak in the tranquil environment. We feel recharged with the private onsen, sauna whilst taking in mountain view. Totally love the onsens! Sukiyaki is the obvious meal choice for us with the well equipped kitchenette and large dining area. An amazing experience for our family, and we are already planning for a week stay for next trip.
For those who wish to cook & prepare meals, do load up on groceries before checking into the hotel, will save u the extra 40 min drive into town.

This is the gem of our hotel stay. You probably need to drive as it's not too easily accessible otherwise. There's not much food options nearby, although there's the usual 7-11, Lawson's in nearby driving distance.
I like the private onsen in room. I was surprised to even find a sauna inside the room. The room even provide you with a translation device which you can bring along for your daily use. There's washing machine, cooking equipment, detergent (laundry and cutlery) provided. It's really very well thought of.
There's also a 3D garden with birds and water sound. Truly amazing experience. Car parking space is sufficient, there's also car electric charging. A good start to our Japan holidays. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel for breakaway at Hakone, especially for families. Clean, spacious, comes with kitchen, full set of utensils and cutleries, dining table, and even dish washer, private hotspring bath and outdoor hotspring leg rest, balcony, you name it. Also “unmanned” concept - electronic check-in, password instead of room card/key, assistance is provided remotely. Rather futuristic feel. Good experience. Not to mention great view!
