The location was a little out off the beaten path, but that was frankly a boon because the surrounding mountainside was so quiet. The owners were very nice, and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about tourism in Italy. They spoke English very well too which helped us out despite our best efforts. We had dinner here on our second night, and it was fantastic pizza at a very reasonable price. At night, the dining area (at least on certain nights or the week or seasonal times) is a bit of a sports bar. If you aren't looking for a crowd and some excitement around dinner time then this may not be the place for you, but we thoroughly enjoyed it witnessing the culture and energy. There is a restaurant up the hill about a 5 minute walk away too that was extremely good called Il Diavolo E l'Acqua Santa. The room we stayed in was enormous, and had a very impressive bathroom to boot with a modern Jacuzzi-shower hybrid. Breakfast was typical Italian fair and very good. Again, friendly staff for good morning conversation and tourist tips were welcome. Would highly recommend this place for a stay not located right downtown (which was only a 10 minute drive away).

Amazing place with one a kind view ?? Very friendly and professional staff. Daily breakfast served until 10am. Private parking. Swimming pool. Massive room with huge balcony, and even bigger bathroom! Pleasure to discover this hidden gem ??Will be gladly returning ??

Upon arrival, check in was not supposed to be until 3pm. However after we had been picked up from the airport, The owners son made us a cappuccino explained everything to us, and checked us in at around 11:00 am. The room was massive, even the bathroom you could do cartwheels in. We had a balcony backing onto the bathroom with a view of the road outside and the balcony that opened up from the bedroom with a view of the valley and pool. We had fresh towels every single day and the maids did a beautiful job of cleaning the room everyday. They even noticed that I had used the blanked from the wardrobe as it got quite chilly at night due to us going late September and they made the bed with the blanket in the next day. The following morning, The took us down to pescara center at 10am, the same every morning completely free of charge and picked us up at 5pm. This saved us a lot of money as it usually costs around 20 euros in a taxi each way. Even at night when the owners son was going home, if we wanted to go down to the bars he would take us. We had his mobile number and he assured us if we had any problems at all to call him. Breakfast was continental with croissants, yogurts, fruit, bread, jams, cakes and other pastry's. Lunch was either a set menu (3 course around 12-15 euros pp) or you could pick your own food from the menu individually priced. We only ate in the hotel twice as there were plenty of other places to eat in the center and we like to try different things. Our bill never exceeded 25 euros for two of us including drinks (full bottles of wine). If you're wanting to stay local, round the corner about 10 minutes up the hill is also a lovely restaurant with amazing views of the valley and sea. We had a fantastic time and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Didn't get the owners son's name (Sorry!) But he was fantastic and really made our time there comfortable and enjoyable.

Buona struttura con un bel panorama...Tutto bene, proprietario disponibile. Non è un posto lussuoso ma tutto sommato è carino, il Rapporto qualità prezzo e ottimo. Nulla da lamentare. Sicuramente ritornerò

Soggiornato per 2 notti personale molto gentile e disponibile, camere grandi e pulite, vista magnifica si vede tutta Pescara, con zona piscina, colazione e cena buoni, qualità e prezzi buoni, lo consiglio

Sono stato a pescara in questo b&b per 2 giorni, in occasione del concerto di ligabue, che dire un posto esternamente bellissimo,situato su un promontorio, dove si gode di un panorama mozzafiato! Ma apparte questo quando sono andato nella stanza......ohhhhh incubo! Una puzza di fogna che usciva dal bagno, un condizinatore posto sulla testa del letto, da non poter utilizzare per non rischiare un' ibernazione cranica, pulizia scarsa, vespe in camera, e animaletti di vario genere, che dire uno schifo, per non parlare della colazione, fatta con tortine confezionate, e spremute dal sapore strano, e chi pu` ne ha ne metta! Lo scosiglio vivamente,apparte per il posto

Ho pernottato al paradiso country house mentre andavo a Ostuni per spezzare un po' il viaggio che è bello lunghetto. Ho prenotato senza conoscere il posto mentre scendevo e siamo stati fortunati. Il posto è comodo , pulito e anche carino e il personale gentilissimo. è presente una bella piscinetta e aria condizionata in camera. Hanno accettato di buon grado il mio cagnolino ! Bravi Se passate di lì vi consiglio anche di cenare perché con 15 euro mangerete benissimo. Parcheggio interno gratuito e costo del pernottamento correttissimo . Consigliato.

Avevamo prenotato una notte sulle colline pescaresi, dove ci era stata consigliata questa struttura : in buona posizione, ben tenuta e con un ottimo servizio . . . L'accesso non é dei più semplici, mancava al nostro arrivo una segnaletica chiara che portasse all'hotel/ristorante. Ad un certo punto la strada era bloccata con un divieto di accesso a qualche centinaio di metri dalla struttura, senza che si potesse intravvedere un altro cammino, per cui solo passando oltre il cartello si poteva arrivare (sperando che il cartello non dicesse il vero ! cosa che abbiamo constatato solo dopo averlo superato !). Purtroppo il tempo e la mancanza di una minima manutenzione hanno distrutto non solo l'immagine, ma la stessa offerta non appare oggi più all'altezza della sua (immeritata) fama. Mancanza di manutenzione (muri scrostati, piscina poco pulita e con strutture rotte e mal tenute, camera senza neppure un mini frigo e con un bagno nel quale doccia e servizi dovrebbero essere sostituiti) e pochezza del servizio hanno tolto alla Country House ogni riferimento al Paradiso del suo nome. Addirittura la piscina é a pagamento per chi volesse fare il bagno, per cui gli ospiti arrivano per un paio d'ore di sole al pomeriggio, pagando il biglietto come in un locale pubblico. Ma non esiste un bar in piscina . . . Anche il ristorante non funzionava durante la notra permanenza, per cui ci é stato consigliato di scendere in città per cena . . . Proprietario e personale si sono adattati e paiono sullo stesso piano scadente della struttura, che non puó in queste condizioni che avvitarsi su sé stessa e perdere quel poco di clientela che ancora riuscirà ad arrivarci. E' triste constatare come una perla possa esser stata tanto trascurata, pur godendo di una posizione incantevole sulla collina e di una struttura di base che poche altre possono presentare ai clienti.

Es un sitio encantador, con vistas preciosas y unos due?os muy hospitalarios. Tiene una peque?a piscina que viene de maravilla para refrescarse mientras puedes disfrutar de un entorno privilegiado. Las habitaciones tienen terraza.

Wir haben 3 N?chte in diesem Hotel verbracht, sehr sch?ne Lage, sch?ne Aussicht auf Pescara, sehr sauber, Zimmer war gro? und die Terasse war sehr gro?, der Chef war sehr nett und hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, es gab auch einen Pool der war sch?n und hat vollkommen ausgereicht, Einzig das Frühstück war nicht so gut, nur sü?es keine Wurst oder K?se, Melone w?re auch gut gewesen, der Kaffee und Tee war super, wir kommen gerne wieder !!
