Unser Zimmer in Cliff Hotel war im 1. Stock mit traumhaften Meerblick und Izola liegt dir zu Fü?en. Das Zimmer ist sehr angenehm es bittet alles und hat auch eine Gr??e zum Wohlfühlen. Es gibt einen Fahrradverleih und sch?ne Wanderungen ins Zentrum von Izola sowie nach Piran und Portorose. Natürlich gibts auch ganz nahe eine ?ffentliche Busstation mit günstigen Preisen. Auch kann man sich im Spabereich verw?hnen lassen. Es gibt einen sch?nen Spazierweg über Olivenhaine, Strand und Hafen ins Zentrum. Für Cliffg?ste gibts ein wunderbares ausreichendes Frühstück mit richtigen Kaffee aus der Gastro Espressomaschine im Top Restaurant Kamin. Das ganze Personal im Cliffhotel, einschlie?lich Restaurant sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Wir m?chten uns beim Team an der Rezeption für die Hilfsbereitschaft bedanken. Besonders bei Managerin Maja Jurman und Lilijana Skerl die immer überaus freundlich und behilflich zu uns war. Wir müssen es sagen, es ist ein Genuss im Cliff Hotel und Izola einen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Wir freuen uns auf's n?chste Mal.

First impressions were good: a modern hotel in an excellent position above the sea and the town of Izola with outstanding views. However, our visit was marred by a single issue that could have been resolved amicably, but was not despite my best efforts to seek a solution. The air-conditioning in this hotel is completely non-functioning. We raised this immediately after checking in, but were told it doesn't work, that it has been like this for some time and that we should just open the window! However, the room overlooked a noisy party taking place in a hotel function suite across the road, so hardly acceptable. We were then moved to another room at the back of the hotel. The air-conditioning was also not working, just blowing out hot air. I measured the temperature at midnight at 25.6°C (see photo), which, for those from a colder climate, feels like trying to sleep in a sauna. We had a terrible night and felt slightly nauseous as a result. I spoke to someone at the front desk who agreed it was unacceptable but was unable to help. The following morning, after making further complaints to the front desk, we were provided with a plug-in electrical fan, which helped a bit. I was concerned about leaving the window open all night for security reasons (as we were on the ground floor), but we had no choice. I was refused a meeting with the hotel manager to discuss my concerns. I also raised my concerns to our OTA, but the hotel has refused to offer a partial refund. I consider them to have acted in a fraudulent manner by clearly advertising the guest rooms as "air-conditioned" when they are not. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are happy to throw your hard-earned cash away for an amenity that is not provided, and comfortable sleeping in +25°C!

Wir kamen im M?rz bereits zum zweiten Mal ins Cliff - das Hotel hat nur wenige Zimmer und liegt auf einer Klippe mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Golf von Triest. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr neu und modern eingerichtet - vom Platz her sehr gro?zügig. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meerblick, welches ich unbedingt empfehlen würde. Es gibt wie bereits erw?hnt einen kleinen aber feinen Wellnessbereich und ein wirklich toll ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio! Bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir auch eine angenehme Massage, welche ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen ist. Frühstück gibts im angeschlossenen Restaurant "Kamin" mit herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und Izola - im Sommer sicher auch nett auf der Terrasse. Die Qualit?t und auswahl ist wirklich hervorragend - man kann diverse Eiergerichte, Pancakes, Salate, frisch gepressten O-Saft, Schinken etc. a' la carte bestellen oder auch sich vom Buffet bedienen. Der Service ist wirklich sehr aufmerksam! Wir hatten auch einige Abendessen im Kamin (unbedingt reservieren) und waren ebenso begeistert. Alles in allem k?nnen wir das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen!

H?tel tout simplement parfait. Chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer très spacieuse, propre et confortable. Restaurant de grande qualité avec un personnel extrêmement serviable, professionnel et aimable. La localisation et la vue qui va avec est idéale. Grande piscine ; commune avec le camping, mais celle-ci est payante pour les campeurs donc pas trop peuplée, et des transats/parasols sont réservés pour les clients de l'h?tel. Spa intérieur exclusive à l'h?tel avec piscine, saunas, salle de sport... Nous avons également loué directement sur place des vélos électriques avec un panier repas (de qualité). Nous avions un problème avec notre chambre le premier soir et le personnel y a immédiatement remédié. Très bon service.

Ottimo hotel in posizione panoramica all'interno del parco di Strugnano. Ampio parcheggio gratuito a disposizione. Camera molto grande e luminosa con un bel balcone e un'ottima vista sul golfo di Trieste. Ottimo livello di pulizia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione offre più scelta per la parte salata. mentre la parte dolce è ridotta. Bella la spa con 3 saune e un bagno di vapore, mentre la piscina è piccola. un po' limitante il fatto di dover necessariamente prenotare l'orario di accesso alla spa

Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite ed era pulita, comoda, e funzionale. Il personale è sempre molto gentile e disponibile per richiesta informazioni. La colazione accontenta tutti i gusti e d'inverno si possono ordinare alcune pietanze dalla cucina (omelette, toast). Ogni spazio è vista mare ( sala colazioni, sala fitness e piscina interna). La zona Spa è molto pulita e curata, ci sono 3 saune e il bagno di vapore, tisane, frutta e acqua sempre pronti. La sala fitness è ben attrezzata e ci si può allenare vista mare. Noi abbiamo usufruito del servizio massaggi ed è stato veramente piacevole ed eseguito con professionalità, vale la pena provarlo anche se a pagamento. Si possono fare belle passeggiate partendo a piedi dall'hotel. Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno.

Dit hotel heeft slechts één grote troef en dat is het uitzicht vanop het terras, dat is onbetaalbaar mooi. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker, maar na een week ben je er wel op uitgekeken. Wat wij ons niet gerealiseerd hebben is dat het hotel deel uitmaakt van een camping en dat de mensen van de camping ook in een gedeelte van het restaurant kwamen eten. Het zwembad was zelf helemaal openbaar, voor Jan en alleman, met het gevolg dat er voor de gasten van het hotel geen plaats meer was, geen stoelen, alleen maar veel lawaai met veel kinderen. Tegenvaller van formaat. Dit had het hotel duidelijk moeten aangeven. Wij gaan er nooit meer naar toe.

Outstanding hotel and perfect location for exploring S/W Slovenia and Istria. Beautiful views and comfortable rooms. Service was top notch. Outstanding made to order breakfast. Make this your first choice!
