Saya menginap di tipe kamar familly dengan 2 kamar. Overall, semuanya ok. Kamar selalu dibersihkan setiap pagi / siang. Semua staff ramah dan sangat membantu kebutuhan kita. Karena letak nya yg dipinggir pantai dan diapit oleh 2 bar yang selalu ramai, suasana disini engga bisa dibilang tenang. Cocok untuk orang yg aktif dan bukan mencari ketenangan.

Good value room for 4 people. Got a two choice of pool either rabbit jump or the original hotel own. Bfast selection was so-so. IMO not worth to pay additional 100k/person for bfast.

Ну такое. Есть видимо дома новее и дороже, но основные с щелями, с плохим светом и комарами.

Leider war der Aufenthalt dort kein Urlaubserlebnis. Sehr dreckig, extrem überfordertes Personal und man merkt die Anlage wird nicht gepflegt trotz der wirklich hohen Preise. Für uns klar in Summe ungenügend.

All Hotel location is good in gili island ,they dont have own swimming pool , and restaurant, if you want to swim in pool go to the nearest Hula restaurant , and use the pool , and that not a big , Hotel staff attitude is not polite ,also if you booked hotel by any third party like a any website or app or agent, they no anymore help to you , for go to gili island very few boat available in morning only from Bali , i have missed the time , and requested for the extends the date for the next day ,and also rooms are available that time , but hotel management staff Said you have booked tickets from the third party "we can't help anymore " So I suggest the tourist, if you want too go gili please make sure fastboat available of not , after that book the hotel

Great location beachfront; good distance from party-crowded-downtown. The staff is great, friendly, always happy to help, always with a smile. Rooms were very spacious but ?a bit older.? Few things to improve:? - only one chair in a room for 2 - the doors are not closing well, we had mosquitoes every night - not enough shade, pool and beachfront chairs are all in direct sun - hotel is next to a beach club with dance floor music until 22.20h; do not plan to get to sleep earlier Still, great place, great island, great people.

Good hotel! Nearby, in the beach, you can see big turtles!

Полотенца были отвратительные с коричневыми пятнами, боюсь представить от чего они. Пододеяльники и одеяла были грязные. Причём на самых важных местах. Меняли полотенца и белье по запросу но результат был плачевный. В первую ночь сожрали комары. Порядка 50-70 укусов у каждого. Принесли фумигатор только по запросу. Бар с удовлетворительным качеством алкоголя и с крайне высокой ценой. Не удивительно, что на бассейне практически никого нет. Ха такой ценник буквально в 30 метрах от отеля можно купить в 4-5 раз больше всего.

Nice location facing the sunset. Provides basic amenities (but no shampoo etc). Aware that the bathroom is located outside so if you’re highly attractive to mosquitoes, be very careful. I had a really painful few days being their buffet.

В целом отель не плохой, но сейчас многие его части реконструируют. После заселении, оказалось что в номере отсутствует прямой потолок, только соломенная крыша, в которой достаточно большое щели. Обратились к персоналу за помощью, они данный вопрос решили. Переодически переставал работать кондиционер, но персонал тоже решал все быстро. В целом за расположение, персонал и хороший завтрак отель хороший.
