  • Guest：Good location train line is getting arranged but bus stop is so close.

  • Guest：The morning of arrival. I received a text to tell me there is an active building site next to the property. This was sent after we had booked(nowhere online mentioned this) so it was too late to find somewhere else. I was told the noise would be in the day. ?which was fine. I was not told that the work would be staring at 6:30am and it would be 10 meters from our door. The floor was covered in sand. The hot water in the kitchen did not work as well as the shower taking 5 minutes to heat up and the fan had no medium setting so it was either crazy fast or basically non existent. The Aircon was controlled by a key on the wall as the remote did not change any settings only off and on. After all this we were then refused the refund. Not happy with this hotel. ?Comfy bed however, sadly was on wheels so rolled as soon as you got on.
