The Anchor Inn

Around 6 miles from Farnham, The Anchor Inn in Lower Froyle is a traditional country pub and restaurant in an beautiful waterside setting. Luxurious rooms and suites have free Wi-Fi and parking.

  • Guest：I was very impressed with the style and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. There was a wide range of tea and coffee to choose from in the room and plenty of individual milk pods. My stay was an enjoyable experience and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend the Anchor Inn for a staycation.
  • Guest：We stayed for a local wedding and found the Inn to have lots of character. The room was beautiful and rustic. The shower was very nice and powerful, they even supplied toothbrushes and paste if required! The only slight let down was we ordered breakfast and were told it would be left outside the room in the morning but this never happened. I got in touch and the inn processed an instant refund and were very apologetic. I would definitely go back
  • Guest：In recent months the Anchor has been through a strange time. Loud music, questionable food and town centre like music acts. But, in the last couple of weeks the new team have got hold of it. The chef is visible and the food excellent again. Front of house team seem to be well chosen and well led. As locals to the Anchor we are regular customers. Great to see it coming back to where it should be. Thoroughly recommend this marvellous pub again!
  • Guest：Very cosy and charactersome. Lovely French owners. Very tasty food. Probably the best accommodation on offer in the area. We both had a very good night's sleep, with lovely coffee in the room. Very relaxing.
