Está retirada de la zona turística, por lo tanto te envuelve más en la cultura local. Muy conveniente su ubicación y los servicios a pie de la propiedad. El propietario super servicial y atento a cualquier necesidad.

We had a very good stay at Daphne Guest House! The location was excellent—close to major sights, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming, cozy feel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend Daphne Guest House to anyone visiting Florence!

You check in for this property at a nearby sister location. They walked us over to show us the unit and how to access it. It was very high tech and modern. The bathroom was wonderful including the shower. There was some street noise through the window but no sound transfer from other units. The location was close to the train station and historic sites.

One night was enough
Good location, near train station and close to local sights however it was noisy because of the busy area. Room was ok but wouldn’t want to spend more than one night there. There was a clump of hair on shower wall, the kettle was missing a lid and the desk was literally a piece of countertop balanced on top of a fridge (not ideal considering the kettle of boiling water is stored there). The service from staff at Hotel Berna where we checked in was very good.

首先请清楚这不是酒店，没有前台的接待员，地点10分邻近火车站，所以位置属于好的！但性价比不高，用这个房的价钱应该可以找到一间更好的酒店！没有再入住的必要，check in 需要预先联络接待员，对于没有电话服务的旅客来，10分不方便！?
