The hosts Luca and Mario are extremely accommodating and lovely people! Rooms done to a high standard and bed really comfortable. Location is beautiful, just a short walk to bus and train station straight into Florence. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questa splendida location.... Posto molto tranquillo, camere arredate con cura e stile, pulite e confortevoli... La gentilezza del proprietario Luca e del Sig. Mario poi rendono tutto più piacevole.... Consigliatissimo!!!! Piera e Giovanni

It was a short stay, but we felt very welcomed. The hosts genuinely wanted to insure we had everything we needed and also provided ideas of things to do. We would definitely stay there again if visiting the area.
Also, it’s a perfect location Thor anyone not wanting to drive into the city. We left our car and took the bus. It was quite convenient.

Perfect oasis in Florence
Very cosy boutique hotel, 10 minutes (23€ by taxi) from the city center. Lovely garden with a perfect pool and sunbeds.
Our hosts were helpful with a quick lunch when we arrived and had a list of recommended restaurants in the center. In all very sweet and made our stay in Florence perfect.

The B&B is located in a quiet area (only two rooms). You can reach the center of Florence in 20' by bus and the stop is at 10' walk. The owner and his assistant are very kind and always there to help you. There is a Swimming pool surronded by trees where you can rest quietly. Breakfast is a standard one with fresh orange juice. You can order eggs or other stuffs but it is a supplement. Rooms are clean and OK but our bathroom was rather narrow. You can park your car in the house yard but the access is not very easy (road and gate are narrow).

The best experience during my family trip to Rome Florence and Milan. Even though it was the cheapest Beautiful hotel , extremely polite and friendly staff . Especially the owner Luca made us feel like home.

Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. Precisamos fazer check in tardio e n?o tivemos problema. Bairro residencial. O quarto muito bem decorado, alias como todo o espa?o O café da manha fresquinho , era escolhido no dia anterior Tudo bastante personalizado! Luca, o dono do hotel, muito simpático e Mário também., ambos muito educados. Limpeza nota 10. Unico ponto, um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos mas ?nibus e trem muito próximos. Existe um supermercado grande a poucas quadras de lá. E um ponto do sightseeing que percorre a parte turística bem próximo também. Uma op??o de transportes.

Luca and Mario our hosts are attentive caring hosts who offer fabulous be spoke service to their guests.
The hotel is a beautiful unique and calm place to rest after a busy day seeing the sights. We enjoyed long days in the city centre and quiet evenings at the hotel as it was a little too far for us to travel back in for supper. We were not disappointed as Luca offered to make us supper which was delicious and made us feel very special. Very reasonable price as well. I highly recommend a stay at the Duchess.
