L’appartamento b3 viola è molto luminoso, confortevole, con due bagni finestrati e due terrazze molto godibili per leggere o anche per pranzare. Il punteggio non è alto perché il bagno con idromassaggio (peraltro non utilizzabile perché rotto) aveva tutti i soffioni (anche quello della doccia) intasati di calcare e la luce dello specchio danneggiata. La pulizia non è accurata. La gestione dell’accoglienza è informatizzata: tutto avviene via whatapp. (Questa non è una critica ma una informazione: la modalità può essere apprezzata o meno dagli utenti) Migliorando la pulizia, l’esperienza sarebbe senz’altro molto migliore.

The place was clean and was pretty accurately as described in the photos- what you don't see is that it is quite a bit rougher than in the photos- it needed touch up paint, the worst really was that the beds were so uncomfortable. You cannot tell the comfort of a mattress from photos. When we complained I think after night 3, they put on toppers AND had the balls to bill us nearly $600 for the cost. Un f'ing believable. We did not pay but that says a lot about management, and nothing good. It is a place that is charmless. It is completely furnished in ikea furnishings- everything ikea- so if you've ever dreamed of that this may be for you. Another pet peeve was a shower so small I couldn't bend down to pick up soap- seriously. Also lacking was a place to hang out- the living room, whose size is 25% less than floor area due to sloped ceiling, had 1 small uncomfortable couch and the uncomfortable dining chairs. Location was a bit off the path and not on a good Vaporetto line. All in all I thought a bad price to value. Would not stay there again.

Worst experience ever! Our apartment (3 bedroom ground floor) got broken into and took our valuables! No help from the police or owner (we can track where our cellphones and ipads) but no one did anything to help us. The place is quiet, away from the crowd so we didn't expect any crime-big lesson learned! It's unfortunate that Venice is overcrowded and losing it's beauty..too many pickpockets so be very careful when you visit Venice.

Zona tranquilla e caratteristica, costruzioni nuove, arredamento e dotazioni eccellenti così come la pulizia. Supermercato nelle vicinanze e personale operativo. Ho viaggiato con la famiglia e ci tornerei sicuramente
