酒店很小，而且没有外窗。如果超过时间入住没人带领根本进不去，提前发的可能晚到的消息也没回。老板还把我电话挂了。而且另外交的城市税比预订上显示的多。也不便宜了，就算住在主岛也有更好的选择。

There are pros and cons to this place, depending on what you want from a hotel. We stayed in the gamily toom with canal view. Pros - very central - easy to get to from Rialto water bus stop - big sleeping area - lovely balcony with a canal view - good price Cons - curtains don't shut so you need to close outside shutters but as the room is almost double height you can't cover the top windows (or the ones by the door) - in winter there is no staff (except maids to clean the rooms) at reception and you habe to check in at another hotel (short walk away). Not a proble for us, but with small kids it would be an extra hassle - it has a restaurant below the

The room was basic. The property was pretty much self service.

El lugar muy limpio y olía muy bien. La ubicación es céntrica pero la verdad es que hay que acceder por unos callejones que ni se ven a simple vista hay que usar si o si mapas. Para hacer el check8ng había que ir a 3-4min y la verdad es que es un poco incomodo para luego volver al alojamiento. La atención en recepción para el check-in fue una se?ora bastante atenta y educada. Me encantó el alojamiento pero habían mosquitos en la noche y la habitación que nos tocó la (7) daba la ventana a un lugar donde se escuchaba el ruido de los motores de aire acondicionado de otro lugar toda la noche costó un poco dormir bien. Pero lejos de eso gracias.

Fremragende placering Dette sted kan varmt anbefales. Vi fik et af v?relserne med udsigt til Canal Grande og det var sk?nt at f?lge byen fra vinduet og fra den " hemmelige" plads med b?dbro. Her n?d vi b?de morgenkaffen og aftenvinen.

Air condition virket ikke. Satt inn 2 vifter og en manuell liten airconditioner men rommet var for varmt.

The broken air conditioning really put a damper on our stay. The room was nice and clean, and we loved the private balcony. It was not convenient to check in/out at a different location and there was not a person at the reception area at our location. When we called about the air conditioning being broken we were told it would be fixed. When we called a second time, we were told it could not be fixed - we were not offered other accommodations, a discount, or any compensation.
