La location è l’ingrediente principale. Affacciato sulla marina, situazione privilegiata. I contenuti sono in linea: struttura, camere e arredi sono gradevoli. Buono il ristorante e particolarmente professionale e cortese il personale.

Cala del Porto has a timeless charm, and it’s clear the team is working hard to restore the hotel to its former status. We were told it once attracted royalty and celebrities — and with its elevated views and peaceful setting, you can see the appeal. The hotel appears to have recently changed hands and is clearly still in a period of transition. While refurbishment and service improvements take time, there’s real evidence of effort and investment. The service throughout our stay was genuinely impressive. Staff were warm, attentive, and eager to help. Virgilio deserves special mention — his service was warm, attentive, and professional. His friendliness and care really stood out. Dinner at Belvedere was a highlight: beautifully presented dishes, refined flavours, and a tranquil setting that made the evening feel special. The new chef is clearly bringing fresh energy to the culinary offering. We’d also like to thank Cristina, the hotel manager, for taking all our feedback on board and introducing herself personally. Some of our observations were quite direct, but they were received with professionalism and care. Gabriel was consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. Whether chauffeuring us, fixing small issues in the room, or helping with the TV, he was always cheerful and willing to assist — a real credit to the team. The hotel is in transition. While some areas are being thoughtfully refreshed, others — especially the foyer of the new wing — felt oddly styled or in need of simplification. It feels like Cala del Porto is in the early stages of a thoughtful revival — and we wish them every success in the journey.

We stayed in one of their suites for three nights and had a wonderful time. The suite was spacious, clean, and had a nice view on the harbor (and also a bit towards the sea which, I guess, is why they call it "sea view suite"). The entire staff was super friendly, personal, yet professional. They are close to the harbor (which has a tiny beach...) but offer a shuttle service to a near-by, bigger beach which worked flawlessly, too. If you want to walk to a nice beach this is suboptimal. If you want to enjoy the peace of a luxus hotel and spend the evening at their bar, watching the sunset - this is a great choice! (Their restaurant is also pretty good, btw).

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata al Ristorante Belvedere di Punta Ala durante una cena tra amici e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! ?? La location è semplicemente mozzafiato: vista spettacolare sul mare e atmosfera elegante ma al tempo stesso accogliente. Il servizio è impeccabile, con personale gentile, sorridente e sempre attento a ogni dettaglio. Il menù offre piatti curati nei minimi particolari, con ingredienti freschissimi e presentazioni raffinate. Ogni portata è stata una sorpresa, dal pesce cucinato alla perfezione ai dessert golosissimi. Accompagnato da una carta dei vini di ottimo livello, tutto ha reso l’esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Un luogo perfetto per una serata speciale, che sia in coppia o tra amici. Torneremo sicuramente, perché il Belvedere non è solo un ristorante, ma un’esperienza di gusto e bellezza. ???

Muy lindo hotel. Servicio excelente. Excelente limpieza . Tienes servicio a la playa gratuito pero te cuesta la sombrilla y sillas 100/90 euros x día para 4pers. Las habitaciones muy lindas. Minibar con bebidas ( agua y cerveza ) q se reponen y son gratuitas . Muy bueno el desayuno. La gente del hotel, todas muy amables . Te reciben con una copa, y en la habitación con fruta y macarrones. Si me hubiese gustado una cafetera o para tomar un té . El mini gimnasio no se puede usar ya que hace mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado. Tampoco hay mucho . El resto. Muy bien

Servizio e Colazione non all’altezza delle “5 stelle” di conseguenza abbiamo evitato il ristorante. La palestra è ridicola.. ci sono 2 attrezzi a bordo piscina! La piscina, appunto, bella e pulita con un buon servizio bar! La spiaggia, è raggiungibile in 10 minuti con il van offerto dall’hotel, mentre l’eventuale ombrellone e lettini si paga apparte.. 90/100€ in 2!! La camera era pulita, come in generale tutto l’hotel pulito e curato. Posizione comoda al porto dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti per trascorrere la serata.

From the gorgeous pool to the private beach, every corner of this place is perfect for relaxing. Every evening we had dinner at the restaurant with incredible sunset view… it is postcard!! The very beautiful and cozy rooms create the feeling that you are participating in the filming of an Italian movie. An incredible experience! And I would really like to mention the very attentive and highly professional staff! Thank you all! You have made our vacation unforgettable!

Relax with amazing view Cala del Porto Punta Ala feels like a dreamy escape. The views are unreal, and the staff treats you like family, absolutely loved it! The chef prepared a special dish for our children, they were very pleased. Thank you, team.

Super service from night-end hotel! We booked a couples’ massage, and it was pure relaxation. The dinner was incredible, delicious food, a big wine list and a beautiful sunset. This place is perfect for a romantic escape. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience.

The rooms are soo cozy and beautifully styled, and the restaurant is a foodies paradise. Every meal was unforgettable, especially homemade pasta! The staff here goes above and beyond, always smiling, always ready to help. They really made our stay extra special!
