Reservei uma noite e também lugar de estacionamento para o carro, após ter chegado o cart?o de entrada n?o abria a porta da garagem. Houve alguém que suponho que fosse da recep??o do hotel, que me abriu a garagem e disse para eu estacionar na garagem e até me indicou a saída pelas escadas. Necessitei de sair pouco tempo depois e n?o voltei a conseguir entrar na garagem, só após de contactar, por telefone, a recep??o, informaram-me que era impossível ter o carro na garagem porque tinha de pagar um valor diário de 15€ , o qual n?o estava pago, e se queria tirar o carro da garagem tinha de pagar esse valor ??.
Tirando esse problema, o quarto até era bastante confortável.

This hotel is perfect place to stay if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel. Very close to the Zoo. No staff on site to help with check in. It is a self-service kiosk at the back of the building. There was a maintenance man around though who was really helpful in directing me to where I was staying. The room itself although small, was very clean.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Arena am Zoo.
Die Lage ist ideal – direkt am Zoo, mit schnellen Verbindungen in die Innenstadt und ruhiger Umgebung. Mein Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass alles unkompliziert war: schneller Check-in, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis.
Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, vor allem für kurze City-Trips oder Besuche im Zoo und in der Innenstadt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Für eine Nacht hat es v?llig gereicht. Von au?en sieht es natürlich nicht luxuri?s aus, man kann sich jedoch nicht beschweren. Wer günstig ein Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht ben?tigt ist hier aufjedenfall richtig.
