The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything at this centrally located place. It's just walking distance to the well known High Street where there is a lot of food and night life. You can see The Shoe from the parking lot and has great accessibility for Game Days. This space is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhome with a private entrance. Park in the paved lot then enter the ground floor unit into the beautiful living room. As you enter, you will also see the newly added bar for eating and entertaining. As you wind down for the night, there are two bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor with a common bathroom also on the 2nd and 3rd floor. These updated bathrooms provide a clean space for you to refresh throughout your stay. There is a park located near the property which is convenient for picnics, frisbee, baseball, basketball or leisurely evening walks. The property is also walking distance of the Olentangy Bike path which runs throughout Columbus and is a scenic route along the Olentangy River. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
